Ազիտրոմիցին հակաբիոտիկը, որն օգտագործվում է COVID-19-ի բարդությունների դեմ պայքարելու համար, կարող է սրտի նոպա առաջացնել մի շարք այլ պատրաստուկների հետ համատեղ օգտագործելու դեպքում: Այս եզրակացության են եկել ամերիկյան Չիկագոյում Իլինոյսի համալսարանի գիտնականները: Այդ մասին հաղորդվում է JAMA Network Open հանդեսում: Մասնագետներն ուսումնասիրել են ավելի քան 44 միլիոն հիվանդների մասին տեղեկություններ և համեմատել համապատասխանաբար ամոքսիցիլին և ազիտրոմիցին ընդունած խմբերի արդյունքները: Պարզվել է, որ ազիտրոմիցինի և այն պատրաստուկների համատեղ ընդունումը, որոնք ազդում են սրտի էլեկտրական իմպուլսների վրա, կապված է սրտի գործունեության այնպիսի խանգարումների հաճախության 40 տոկոսով մեծացման հետ, ինչպիսիք են ուշաթափությունը, հաճախացած սրտխփոցը և նույնիսկ սրտի կանգը: Նման դեղամիջոցներին են պատկանում զարկերակային ճնշման դեմ պատրաստուկները, հակադեպրեսանտները, մալարիայի դեմ պատրաստուկները և օպիոիդները: Ավելի վաղ ամերիկացի սրտաբանները կոչ են արել բժիշկներին ավելի զգույշ լինել այն դեղամիջոցները նշանակելուց, որոնք սրտի առիթմիա են առաջացնում որպես կողմնակի ազդեցություն: Ցուցակում հայտնվել են նաեւ COVID-19-ի դեմ մի քանի պատրաստուկներ: Այդպիսի դեղամիջոցների թվում նշվել են խլորոխինը, հիդրօքսիխլորոխինը և ազիտրոմիցինը. դրանք բոլորը, բժիշկների եզրակացության համաձայն, կարող են սրտի ռիթմի խանգարումներ առաջացնել:
