Իրավապաշտպան Արսեն Բաբայանը սոցցանցերում գրառում է արել, թե պարեկային ծառայության ոստիկաններին հանձնարարված է օրական որոշակի թվով քաղաքացիների տուգանել դիմակ չկրելու համար:

Այս պնդումը խեղաթյուրման հետևանք է, ինչի մասին տեղյակ է պահվել Ա. Բաբայանին, և արձանագրության օրինակն էլ կցում ենք:

Խնդիրը, սակայն, ամսաթվային շփոթն ու թյուրիմացությունը չէ, այլ դիմակ կրելու անհրաժեշտության շուրջ հրահրվող հանրային անվստահության մթնոլորտը:

Աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների, այդ թվում՝ մեր հանրապետության փորձը վկայում է, որ կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցը շարունակում է մնալ դիմակը: Եվ ոստիկանությունն էլ բացառապես դիմակ կրելու պահանջի վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում:

Ցավոք, կան խմբեր և անհատներ, որոնք հասարակության մեջ պարբերաբար կասկածամտություն են հրահրում այս ակնհայտ իրողության շուրջ, հրապարակ են նետվում անստույգ փաստեր ու անհիմն պնդումներ, ինչի նպատակը այս հարցում ոմանց անպատասխանատու վերաբերմունքը լեգիտիմացնելն է:

Իրականում վիճակը չափազանց բարդ է, որպեսզի մեզ թույլ տանք ինչ-ինչ հավակնությունների զոհաբերել մեր քաղաքացիների առողջությունը: Կորոնավիրուսի նոր ալիքին դեմ հանդիման՝ աշխարհում կրկին պարտադիր է դարձել դիմակի կիրառումը: Այդ ուղղությամբ խստացվում են երկրների գերակշիռ մասի օրենսդրությունն ու վերահսկողական մեխանիզմները, որոնց կիրարկումն ապահովում են ոստիկանական մարմինները:

Այդ ճանապարհով է գնում նաև մեր հանրապետությունը, և ոստիկանությունը, անկախ անարդար որակումներից ու գնահատականներից, շարունակելու է օրենքով սահմանված իր լիազորությունների կատարումն այդ ոլորտում:

 

Ակնկալում ենք հանրության ըմբռնումը, աջակցությունն ու համագործակցությունը ոստիկանության հետ, քանի որ մեր երկրում համավարակային անվտանգության ապահովման ու քաղաքացիների առողջության պաշտպանության այլ արդյունավետ ճանապարհ չկա:
