Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ ցույցին հավանություն է տվել․ Հայտարարություն

Արայիկ Հարությունյանի համառության և օրենքի միտումնավոր խախտումների արդյունքում ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար նշանակված Արմեն Գրիգորյանն իր վարչական լծակը կիրառելով սեպտեմբերի 22-ի առավոտյան որոշ խմբով հուսահատ երթ է կազմակերպում Կառավարության ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ և հրահանգ է տվել դեկաններին ու ամբիոնի վարիչներին «մարդ ապահովել»:

Բանն այն է, որ դեռևս հուլիսի 17-ին օրենքի բազմաթիվ խախտումների և ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության հովանավորչության արդյունքում ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտոր է ընտրվել Դիանա Գալոյանը, ինչը, սակայն, ՀՀ կառավարությունը չի հաստատում այդ խախտումների պատճառով:

Տեղեկացանք, որ երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր աշխատասենյակում ընդունել է իր կողմից ապօրինաբար նշանակված ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար Արմեն Գրիգորյանին, ինչպես նաև Դիանա Գալոյանի ևս 5 հուսահատ աջակիցների, և միասին քննարկել են երեքշաբթի օրը Կառավարության դեմ երթ կազմակերպելու գործընթացը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ըստ հանդիպման մասնակիցներից առնվազն երկուսի պնդումների, հայտնել է, որ Դիանա Գալոյանին ռեկտոր հաստատելու գործն իր ուժերից վեր է, թեև ինքը շատ է ուզում, ոչինչ անել չի կարող, որովհետև վարչապետն ու Կառավարությունը չեն հաստատելու, բայց անձամբ ինքը որևէ կերպ չի առարկի, եթե Կառավարության դեմ ցույց կազմակերպվի:

Սակայն, քանի որ ՀՊՏՀ-ում այժմ շատ քչերն են պատրաստ սեփական կամքով Դիանա Գալոյանին աջակցող ցույցին մասնակցել, որոշակի մարդկանց խումբ ապահովելու համար կիրառվել է վարչական լծակ, և դեկաններին այդպիսի հրահանգ է իջեցվել:

Ուսանողներ հավանաբար չեն լինելու, որովհետև Դիանա Գալոյանին աջակցող չեզոք ուսանողներ գրեթե չկան, իսկ նրան ռեկտոր ընտրած մի քանի ուսանողները մամուլի միջոցով հայտնի դարձած «Հաղ(Խ)թանակած» նախաձեռնության անդամներն են, որոնց մասնակցությունը ջրի երես կհանի Դիանա Գալոյանին աջակցող իրական ուժերին:

Անհերքելի փաստ է՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը կարող էր շատ հեշտ կանխել Կառավարության ու վարչապետի դեմ կազմակերպվող ցույցը, որովհետև համալսարանի գործող ղեկավար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հենց իր շնորհիվ է անօրինական հրամանի միջոցով փաստացի ղեկավարում համալսարանը, սակայն Արայիկ Հարությունյանը դա տեսնելով ոչ միայն չի հեռացնում նրան, այլև ընդունում է իր աշխատասենյակում և հավանություն տալիս վարչապետի դեմ ցույցի կազմակերպմանը:
