Արամ Սիմոնյանը որևէ վատնում չի կատարել, գործընթացը հերթական անգամ հասարակության աչքերում արդյունք ցույց տալուն միտված բան է․ պաշտպաններ

ԵՊՀ նախկին ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի պաշտպաններ Լուսինե Սահակյանն ու Երվանդ Վարոսյանը հայտարարությամբ են հանդես եկել՝ այսօր Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության առնչությամբ, որում նշվում էր, որ Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։

Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ այն մասին, որ ԵՊՀ նախկին ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 34 միլոն դրամի ենթադրյալ վատնում կատարելու համար։

Հանրությունը հավանաբար հիշում է շուրջ երկու տարի առաջ տարածվող հայտարարությունները, Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության կողմից ԵՊՀ-ում իբր հայտնաբերված շուրջ 800 միլիոն դրամի չարաշահումների մասին։ Այդ կապակցությամբ երկու տարի քննություն իրականացնելուց հետո, Քննչական կոմիտեն որոշեց Արամ Սիմոնյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրել ԵՊՀ անվտանգությունն ապահոված պահնորդական ընկերությանը իբր չհիմնավորված հավելյալ գումարներ` 4 տարվա ընթացքում 34 միլիոն դրամ փոխանցելու համար։

Բնականաբար Արամ Սիմոնյանը որևէ վատնում չի կատարել։ Այդ գումարներն իրականում փոխանցվել են ոչ թե «չմատուցված ծառայությունների դիմաց», այլ կապված են եղել ինչպես պահնորդական ծառայության կողմից հավելյալ ծառայությունների մատուցման, այնպես էլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացման հետ։ Կարծում ենք, որ այս գործընթացը հերթական անգամ հասարակության աչքերում ինչ-որ արդյունք ցույց տալուն միտված մի բան է, ինչն անթույլատրելի է, հատկապես, երբ այդ ճանապարհին անվանարկվում են Հայաստանի կրթության ու գիտության զարգացման ճանապարհին անառարկելի վաստակ ունեցող մարդկանց անունները։

Բնականաբար Արամ Սիմոնյանն առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել։ Նախաքննության գաղտնիությունից ելնելով այս պահին, ցավոք, հավելյալ մանրամասներ գործից հայտնել չենք կարող, սակայն առավել քան համոզված ենք, որ այս մեղադրանքն ապագա չի կարող ունենալ ու իրականացվող նախաքննության արդյունքում հերքվելու է»։
