Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Նավալնիի հարցաքննությանը մասնակցելու համար. Der Spiegel

Ռուս քննիչները ցանկանում են մասնակցել ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Ալեքսանդր Նավալնիի հարցաքննությանը. Der Spiegel հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ այս հարցով միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը:

«Der Spiegel-ի տեղեկության համաձայն՝ Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը ԳԴՀ կառավարությանը երկրորդ դիմումն է ներկայացրել ռուս ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Նավալնիի թունավորման գործի քննության հարցում իրավական օգնություն ստանալու մասին: Փաստաթուղթը երկուշաբթի երեկոյան Բոննի արդարադատության պատասխանատու Դաշնային գրասենյակ է ներկայացվել: Դրանում ռուսական կողմը միջնորդություն է ներկայացնում Նավալնիի՝ գերմանացի քննիչների կողմից իրականացվելիք հարցաքննությանը մասնակցելու համար»,- փոխանցում է հրատարակությունը: 

«Ռուս իրավապահ մարմինները դեռևս նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջին էին Նավալնիի հարցաքննությանը մասնակցելու թույլտվության խնդրանքի մասին հայտնել: Պսաշտոնական միջնորդագիրը համաձայնեցված է ռուսական կողմի՝ իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու մասին առաջին դիմումի հետ,  որում խնդրանք կար Նավալնիի առողջության մասին տեղեկության տրամադրման մասին և որն այժմ ուսումնասիրում է արդարադատության նախարարությունը»,- ասվում է հոդվածում: 

«Նավալնիի հարցաքննությանը մասնակցելու թույլտվություն ստանալու համար ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությունը քննարկում են դաշնային կառավարությունն ու արդարադատության նախարարությունը: Der Spiegel-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը հայտարարել է, որ Բեռլինի դատախազության ներկայացուցիչները Նավալնիի հետ դեռ զրույց չեն ունեցել»,- գրում է Der Spiegel-ը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նավալնիի ինքնազգացողությունը կտրուկ վատացել էր օգոստոսի 20-ին Տոմսկից Մոսկվա թռչելիս: Նրան տեղափոխող ինքնաթիռն արտակարգ վայրէջք էր կատարել Օմսկ քաղաքում, ուր նրան հոսպիտալացրել են շտապ օգնության թիվ մեկ հիվանդանոց: Հիվանդանոցի մասնագետները Նավալնիի օրգանիզմում թույնի հետքեր չէին հայտնաբերել: Ըստ նրանց՝ հետազոտությունները միայն ալկոհոլի և կոֆեինի հետքեր են ցույց տվել: Հայտնի է, որ չվերթից առաջ Նավալնին թեյ է ըմպել օդանավակայանի սրճարանում:  

Օգոստոսի 22-ին Նավալնիին ինքնաթիռով տեղափոխել են Բեռլինի Charite հիվանդանոց, որի մասնագետներն ավելի ուշ հայտարարել էին վերջինիս թունավորման մասին, իսկ Գերմանիայի զինված ուժերի մասնագետները մաշկի, արյան և մեզի նմուշների մեջ «Նովիչոկ» խմբին պատկանող թունավոր նյութի հետքեր էին հայտնաբերել:
