Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն 2020 թվականին կնվազի 4 տոկոսով. Ասիական զարգացման բանկ

Ասիական զարգացման բանկը (ԱԶԲ) կանխատեսում է, որ Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն 2020-ին կնվազի 4 տոկոսով՝ նախկինում կանխատեսված 3,5 տոկոսի փոխարեն։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱԶԲ հայաստանյան առաքելությունից, բանկը 2021-ի համար կանխատեսում է Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի 3,5 տոկոս աճ։   

Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է. «Ասիական Զարգացման Բանկի կողմից այսօր թողարկված զեկույցի համաձայն վերջին գրեթե վեց տասնամյակների ընթացքում Զարգացող Ասիայի տնտեսություններն այս տարի առաջին անգամ կկրճատվեն, սակայն վերականգնումը կվերսկսի հաջորդ տարի, երբ տարածաշրջանը կսկսի դուրս գալ թագավարակի համավարակի (COVID-19) արդյունքում հասցված տնտեսական ավերածություններից։ 

 Ասիական զարգացման հեռանկարները 2020-ի թարմացման շրջանակներում զարգացող Ասիայի համար այս տարի կանխատեսվում է -0.7% ՀՆԱ աճ, որը 1960-ականների սկզբներից ի վեր առաջին բացասական աճը կլինի։ Աճը կհասնի 6.8%-ի 2021թ-ին մասմաբ այն պատճառով, որ աճը կչափվի թույլ 2020թ-ի համեմատ։ Այն միևնույն է հաջորդ տարի արտադրության ծավալը կթողնի COVID-19-ին նախորդող կանխատեսումներից ցածր, որը ենթադրում է «L»-ի տեսքով, այլ ոչ թե «V»-ի տեսքով վերականգնում։ Սպասվում է, որ տարածաշրջանի տնտեսությունների մոտ ¾-ը 2020թ-ին կցուցադրի բացասական աճ։ 

 Ասիական զարգացման հեռանկարները 2020-ի թարմացման շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի աճը իջեցված է -4%-ի, որը հանդիսանում է 2020թ-ի ապրիլին կանխատեսված -3.5%-ից հետագա անկում։ Սպասվում է, որ ՀՆԱ-ի աճը կավելանա՝ 2021թ-ին հասնելով 3.5%-ի։ COVID-19-ի պայմաններում մեկ տարի առաջ գրանցված 7% ՀՀ տնտեսական աճը դադարեց՝ այս տարվա առաջին կեսին կրճատվելով 5.7%-ով։ ՀՀ-ի համար գնաճի կանխատեսումը ապրիլի 2.8%-ից իջեցվել է 1.4%-ի այս տարի՝ պայմանավորված ներքին և արտաքին թույլ պահանջարկով, նավթի ցածր գնով և բավականին կայուն փոխարժեքով։ «ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա COVID-19-ի ունեցած լիարժեք ազդեցությունը դեռևս պետք է ամբողջությամբ գնահատել, սակայն COVID-19-ի արդյունքում գլոբալ ցնցումը սպասվում է մինչև 2020թ-ի տարեվերջ, որն էլ կհանգեցնի առևտրի, դրամական փոխանցումների և զբոսաշրջության հետագա թուլացման»,- ասել է ԱԶԲ երևանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Պաոլո Սպանտիգատին»։
