Մենք չպետք է մենակ թողնենք այն ուսանողներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին, որոնք կանգնած են ֆինանսական, սոցիալական խնդիրների առաջ: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԵՊՀ ՈՒԽ նախագահ Դավիթ Ափոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Կառավարության ներկայացված դիմումին, որով շուրջ 5000 ուսանողներ պահանջում են ուսման վարձերի մասնակի փոխհատուցում:

Նա նշեց, թե մոտ մեկ շաբաթ առաջվա տվյալներով՝ միայն ԵՊՀ-ում շուրջ 500 ուսանող դեռևս չի վճարել նախորդ տարվա ուսման վճարը: «Մինչև ուսանողներին բուհերից դուրս մնալը՝ Կառավարությունը պետք է ինչ-որ որոշում, նախաձեռնություն իրականացնի, որ ուսանողները ուսման վարձը չվճարելու պատճառով դուրս չմնան»,-ասաց նա:

Վերջինս պարզաբանեց, որ ֆինանսական աջակցության համար հենց բուհին չեն դիմում, քանի որ համալսարանի ֆինանսական ռեսուրսները բավարար չեն, Կառավարությանն են դիմում, քանի որ այդ մարմինն է կազմում աջակցության ծրագրերը

Անդրադառնալով վարչապետի օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանի տեղեկացմանը, թե առաջիկայում քննարկում է տեղի ունենալու Կառավարությունում, ասաց. «Սա, որպես այդպիսին, Կառավարության պատասխան համարել չենք կարող, սա ընթացքի մի մասն է, և Կառավարության պատասխանը ստանալու ենք կարճ ժամանակ անց, որը չի ուշանա այն ժամկետից, որը սահմանաված է ուսման վարձավճար մուծելու համար»,-նշեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով ուսման վճարների բարձրացմանը՝ Ափոյանը նշեց, թե առաջին կուրսեցիների համար այն ավելացել է 70.000-160.000 դրամի չափով:

Նշենք, որ Կառավարության դիմաց ուսանողների հետ զրուցեցին նաև ԱԺ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Կարեն Սիմոնյանը և Արմեն Եղիազարյանը, որոնք ասացին, թե կարևոր է, որ աջակցության համար բուհը ստիպված չլինի գնալ կրճատումների ճանապարհով, և միգուցե Կառավարությունը կարող է հարկային արտոնություններ տրամադրել, որ այդ գումարով լուծվեն ուսանողների վարձավճարների խնդիրները:
