Աշտարակում կենցաղի տան պահակը բաղնիքի կաթսայատանը բռնաբարել ու սպանել էր 8-ամյա աղջնակին

1964 թ. հոկտեմբերին, անձրևոտ մի օր Աշտարակում անհետացել էր 8 տարեկան Սոնան: Երեխան գնացել էր հացի ու տուն չէր վերադարձել: Սոնայի հայրն ուսուցիչ էր, Սոնան բարվոք ընտանիքի երեխա էր: Աշտարակում, որտեղ բոլորը ճանաչում էին իրար, երեխան ո՞ւր կարող էր անհետանալ: Ինչքան ավելի շատ ժամանակ էր անցնում, այնքան Սոնայի անհետացման վարկածներն ավելանում էին: Կար վարկած, որ երեխային վրաերթի էին ենթարկել, ապա մարմինը թաքցրել էին: Նույնիսկ կասկածյալներ կային, օրինակ՝ գործկոմի նախագահի վարորդը կամ շրջկոոպի նախագահի վարորդը: Վերջինիս վերաբերյալ նույնիսկ կասկածներ կային, որ նա կարող էր վնասվածքներ ստացած երեխային տանել իր բժիշկ մոր մոտ, բայց երեխայի մահից հետո երևի թաքցրել էր դիակը… Մարդիկ խոսում էին նաև, որ Սոնայի անհետացման օրը քաղաքի կենցաղի տան մոտից երեխայի լացի ձայն լսող էր եղել: Ո՞վ էր լսել՝ կոնկրետ անուններ չկային: Բացի այդ՝ արտասվող երեխան կարող էր Սոնան չլինել, ո՞վ կհաստատեր, որ հենց Սոնայի ձայնն էր լսվել: Այնուամենայնիվ, կենցաղի տան շրջակայքը մանրակրկիտ տեղազննվել էր, շրջակայքում ապրողներին հարցուփորձ էին արել: Հացի խանութ գնացող Սոնան կարող էր անցնել կենցաղի տան մոտով, բայց երեխայի որևէ հետք չէր հայտնաբերվել: Ամիսներ էին անցել: Սոնայի վերաբերյալ ոչ մի տեղեկություն այդպես էլ չէր ստացվել: 1965 թվականի մայիսին մի կին միլիցիա էր դիմել ու հայտնել, թե կենցաղի տան պահակը փորձել է բռնաբարել իր 9 տարեկան աղջնակին: Մայրն ասել էր, թե պահակը երեխային համոզել, տարել էր բաղնիքի կաթսայատուն, դանակի սպառնալիքով փորձել էր բռնաբարել: Երեխան ճարպիկ էր եղել, կարողացել էր խույս տալ ու փախչել կաթսայատնից, նա ահաբեկված վիճակում տուն էր հասել ու մորը պատմել, թե ինչ էր կատարվել… Կենցաղի տան պահակը բերման էր ենթարկվել այս երեխայի մոր հաղորդման հիման վրա: Պահակը 50 տարեկան տղամարդ էր, նա 6 երեխա ուներ, բոլորն էլ՝ աղջիկներ: Նա զայրացել էր, ժխտել էր ամեն բան, պնդել էր, թե իր անունի հետ են ուզում խաղալ, իր անունն են մրոտում… Բայց տղամարդու զայրույթը նրա անմեղության վկայությունը լինել չէր կարող: Բաղնիքի կաթսայատանը խուզարկություն էր կատարվել: Եվ ածխակույտի մեջ հայտնաբերվել էր փոքրիկ Սոնայի դիակը… Դրանից հետո էլ պահակը որոշ ժամանակ դեռ շարունակել էր պնդել, թե ինքը ոչնչից տեղյակ չէ, ինքը վեց աղջիկների հայր է… Այնուամենայնիվ, գործի քննության ընթացքում պահակը տվել էր խոստովանական ցուցմունք, քննչական գործողության ժամանակ ցույց էր տվել, ինչ և ինչպես էր արել… Երբ Սոնան տանից դուրս էր եկել՝ հացի խանութ գնալու, անձրև չկար, բայց ճանապարհի կեսից վարար անձրև էր սկսվել: Սոնան վազել էր կենցաղի տան բակ: Պահակն ընդառաջ էր գնացել երեխային ու հոգատար մարդու կերպարի մեջ մտած՝ երեխային ներս էր տարել՝ իբր անձրևից պաշտպանելու: Նա երեխային տարել էր կաթսայատուն՝ ասելով, թե այնտեղ տաք ու հարմար է: Կաթսայատանը նա հարձակվել էր երեխայի վրա ու… բռնաբարել էր: Երեխան ճչացել ու արտասվել էր, խնդրել էր բաց թողնել իրեն, բայց մոլագարը գործել էր իր ոճիրը, բռնաբարությունից հետո նա սպանել էր երեխային ու մարմինը թաղել էր ածխակույտի տակ… Երեխայի հուսակտուր ճիչը լսվել էր դրսում՝ անորոշ, անհասկանալի: Ոչ մեկի մտքով չի անցել, որ փոքրիկ քաղաքի բաղնիքի կաթսայատանը մի հասուն տղամարդ վերածվել է մոլագարի… «Գուրջին»՝ այդպես էին ասում պահակին, մեղավոր էր ճանաչվել ու դատապարտվել պատժի առավելագույն չափի՝ մահապատժի…
