Սահմանամերձ Դովեղից էլ ջուր չի հոսի Ադրբեջան. Սիփան Փաշինյանը տեսանյութ է հրապարակել

Ազգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եղբորորդի Սիփան Փաշինյանը, պատմել է Տավուշի մարզի սահամանապահ Դովեղ գյուղում պոմպակայանի վերագործարկման աշխատանքների մասին: Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ պոմպակայանի վերագործարկման արդյունքում առվակի ջուրն էլ չի հոսի Ադրբեջան։ «Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, Հայէկոնոմբանկի խորհրդի նախագահի օգնությամբ, սահամանապահ Դովեղ գյուղում շատ կարևոր խնդիր ենք լուծում: Գյուղում տնամերձ հողամասերը 42 հա են, որից մոտ 5 հա ոռոգվում է ինքնահոս եղանակով։ Գյուղի տնամերձ հողամասերում առկա է ոռոգման ներքին ցանց, սակայն ջրի սակավության պատճառով 37 հա տնամերձ հողամասերից մշակվում են միջինացված 10%-ի չափով։ Նշված տարածքները լիարժեք մշակելու համար անհրաժեշտ էր վերագործարկել «Նոյեմբերյան» ՋՕ-ի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող գյուղի պոմպակայանը: Գյուղամիջով դեպի Ադրբեջան հոսող առուն, որից երկար տարիներ գյուղացիներն, ըստ էության, չեն կարողացել օգտվել, հիմա կկարողանան, և հուսանք` կմշակեն տնամերձ հողատարածքներն ամբողջությամբ: Աշխատանքները դեռ ընթանում են, մնում են վերջին շտրիխները: Շուտով ավարտին կհասնենք, որից հետո մինչև մեր ժողովուրդը լիարժեք չօգտվի, ջուր չի հոսի դեպի Ադրբեջան: Մեկնարկը տվեցինք Թաթուլ Հակոբյանի հետ, ում հայրը սովետական տարիներին մեծ ներդրում է ունեցել այս պոմպակայնը կառուցելու գործում»:
