Էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարը տնտեսվարողներին իրազեկել է ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում պետական գնումների նոր կանոնների մասին

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում հանդիպում է կազմակերպվել տեքստիլի և փայտամշակման ու կահույքագործության ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որն անցկացրել է նախարարի տեղակալ Վարոս Սիմոնյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը։

Էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարը տեղեկացրել է ներկաներին, որ հանդիպման նպատակն է ծանոթացնել տնտեսվարողներին ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում պետական գնումների նոր կանոնների մասին և համատեղ ուժերով  ձևավորել հայակական կողմի միասնական դիրքորոշումը, որը կբխի գործարար համայնքի շահերից։

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի և ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների կողմից համատեղ մշակման փուլում են գտնվում Պետական (մունիցիպալ) գնումների նպատակների համար ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում ապրանքի ծագման երկրի հավաստման Կարգը, ինչպես նաև Եվրասիական արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ռեեստրի վարման կանոնները։ Վերոհիշյալ Կարգին կից հավելվածում ընդգրկված են մի շարք արդյունաբերական ապրանքներ, որոնց մասով ծագման երկիրը որոշվում է որոշակի տեխնոլոգիական և արտադրական պայմաններին համապատասխան, և այս դեպքում ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներն առաջնորդվում են  կոոպերացիոն սկզբունքով։

Վարոս Սիմոնյանը նշել  է, որ նոր կանոններին համապատասխանելու համար անհրաժեշտ է գրանցվել ռեեստրում։ Նա հայտնել է նախարարության պատրաստակամությունը աջակցել   տնտեսվարողներին  իրենց արտադրանքի արտահանման հետ կապված խնդիրների լուծման հարցում։ Այդ նպատակով նախարարի տեղակալը հորդորել է հանդիպման մասնակիցներին մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել վերը նշված փաստաթղթերն ու ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ, որոնք կուսումնասիրվեն և ըստ անհրաժեշտության կարտացոլվեն փաստաթղթերի վերջնական տարբերակներում՝ այդպիսով բացառելով արտադրողների համար ոչ շահավետ կետերի կամ պահանջների առկայությունը։ Ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներին փոխնախարարը  նաև խորհուրդ է տվել մշտապես աշխատել արտադրանքի մրցունակության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ։

Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է նման հանդիպում-քննարկում կազմակերպել նաև քիմիական արդյունաբերության և մեքենաշինության ոլորտների ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։
