Ամբաստանյալ Վահագն Մանուկյանը մեղավոր չէ, դատարանի որոշումը շինծու է. քաղաքացիները շրջափակել են Վարդենիսի դատարանը և պահանջում են ազատ արձակել նրան

Ոսկու հանքի շրջակայքում 2016 թվականին միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել, որտեղ կրակոցներ են հնչել, ինչի արդյունքում ազգությամբ ռուս անվտանգության աշխատակից է տուժել, այդ ժամանակ իմ ամուսին Վահագն Մանուկյանին են մեղավոր ճանաչել, բայց արդեն քանի տարի է՝ քննություն, դատավարություն է ընթանում, սակայն դատարանը ոչ մի փաստ հաշվի չի առնում: Այս մասին այսօր Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց ամբաստանյալ Վահագն Մանուկյանի կինը:

«Ամբաստանյալը գործր մեջ մեղավոր չէ. դատարանի որոշումը շինծու է: Քանի տարի է՝ նրանք չէին կարղանում տուժածին գտնել, որպեսզի ցուցմունք տա, մենք ինքնուրույն նրան գտանք, ու նա քննիչին էլ ասել էր, որ Վահագնը մեղավոր չէ, քանի որ ինքնաձիգն իր ձեռքում է եղել կրակոցի ժամանակ: Երբ տուժողն իմացավ, որ Վահագնին 14 տարի պետք է կալանավորեն, շոկի մեջ էր, ասաց՝ ես իմ խղճի հանգստության համար կգամ վկայություն տալու»,- ասաց կինը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ դատարանը հաշվի չի առնում տուժողի այն խոսքը, թե ամբաստանյալը ոչինչում մեղավոր չէ, բայց պատմել է, որ քննիչները պարտադրել են նրան, որ ցուցմուքնում գրի, թե Վահագն Մանուկյանն է կրակել իրեն:

Մեղադրյալի փաստաբան Վահագն Համբարձումյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնեց, որ դատարանը 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպով քրեական գործ է քննում, 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 235 հոդվածով և 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով(գողության փորձ):

Նա նշեց, որ վկաներն ու տուժողը ռուս են, տարիներ շարունակ դատարան չեն ներկայացել, սակայն երբ տուժողը դատարան է ներկայացել, ասել է, որ կրակահերթը Վահագն Մանուկյանի կողմից չի արձակվել և կրակահերթի ժամանակ ինքնաձիգն իր ձեռքում է եղել ու միանգամից քննիչի կողմից հանցագործության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում է ներկայացվել:

«Վահագն արդեն 3 տարի 4 ամիս կալանքի տակ է․ ժողովրդի դժգոհությունն այն է, որ գործը պարզ է, Վահագնը կրակոցներ չի արձակել: Այսօր դատարանը մերժեց խափանման միջոց փոփոխելու միջնորդությունը: Դատարանի որոշումը տեսնելուց հետո մենք հիմքերը կուսումնասիրենք և բողոք կներկայացնեք Վերաքննիչ դատարան»,- ասաց նա և հավելեց, որ ոստիկանության հինգ աշխատակիցներ ցուցմունք էին ներկայացրել, թե կրակոցներն արձակվել են Վահագն Մանուկյանի կողմից, բայց հինգն էլ դատարանում հերքել են իրենց ցուցմունքը:

Նշենք, որ քաղաքացիները փակել են դատարանի դռները և դատավորին ու դատախազին թույլ չեն տալիս դուրս գալ այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև իրավաչափ որոշում չկայացվի:
