Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 

«Հարգելի ՛ հայրենակիցներ

Պաշտոնավարմանս անցած ավելի քան 100 օրվա ընթացքում պետական կարիքների համար Արցախի Հանրապետության Կառավարությունը ձեռք է բերել 4 «Ուրալ» հրդեհաշիջման ավտոմեքենա և մեկ ավտոսանդղակ: Բնականաբար, այդ գնումները կատարվել են ԱՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության համար: Այլ մեքենա չենք գնել:

Այս ընթացքում, սակայն, անհատական կապերի միջոցով բարերարների կողմից ձեռք են բերվել և նվիրաբերվել.

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը՝ 14 ավտոմեքենա

Ոստիկանությանը՝ 4 ավտոմեքենա

Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայությանը՝ 4 ավտոմեքենա:

ՀՀ Կառավարությունը 7 շտապօգնության մեքենա և 3 ռեանիմոբիլ է նվիրաբերել ԱՀ առողջապահության նախարարությանը:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ իմ ծառայողական 2 մեքենաները (Տոյոտա LC 200 և էլեկտրամոբիլ) ևս ստացել եմ բարերարների կողմից:

Պետական միջոցներն արդյունավետ և խնայողաբար ծախսելու մեր որդեգրած մոտեցումը մեզ համար լինելու է հիմնական ուղենիշ առաջիկա 5 տարիների ընթացքում, և այդ մասին հաշվետվություններով պարբերաբար հանդես ենք գալու հանրության առջև» :
