Պարզվել են Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մի շարք հանգամանքներ. մեկ անձ կալանավորվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Երևան քաղաքի Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցի թիվ 7 շենքի մոտ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և դիտավորությամբ ուրիշի առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու դեպքը, պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2020 թ. օգոստոսի 31-ին՝ ժամը 22:32-ին, Երևան քաղաքի «Հերացի» թիվ 1 հիվանդանոցային համալիրից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բուժօգնության է դիմել 33-ամյա տղամարդ` «աջ ազդրի վ/3-ի բազմաբեկոր բաց կոտրվածք՝ օտար մարմինների առկայությամբ» ախտորոշմամբ:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 33-ամյա տղամարդը ավտոմեքենաների վաճառքի գումարային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է 23-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ: Օգոստոսի 31-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում երիտասարդը 33-ամյա տղամարդուն մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներով, իր հետ նախապես վերցված հրացանով և ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկներով գնացել է Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոց և դարանակալել: Վերոնշյալ շենքի մոտ նկատելով 33-ամյա տղամարդուն՝ թիկունքից մոտեցել է և իր մոտ եղած հրացանով կրակոց արձակել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ՝ դիտավորությամբ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս:

Բակում գտնվող մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ, 23-ամյա երիտասարդի գործողությունները կանխելու նպատակով, նրա ձեռքից վերցրել են հրացանը, սակայն երիտասարդը, սեփական անձի առավելություններն ընդգծելու մոլուցքով տարված, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հիշյալ վայրում գտնվող շենքերի բնակիչների և այլ անձանց նկատմամբ, իր մոտ եղած ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկները նրանց ուղղությամբ նետելու  եղանակով պայթեցնելով, դիմել է փախուստի:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա 23-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատապայթունատեխնիկական, դատաձգաբանական և դատաքրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ:

Նշենք, որ խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված Երևան քաղաքի երկու բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1999 թ. և 1966 թ., անհրաժեշտությունը վերանալու հիմքով արգելանքից ազատ են արձակվել:
