Սերժ Սարգսյանը նամակ է ուղարկել

Շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ, ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նամակով դիմել է ՖԻԴԵ-ի նախագահ Արկադի Դվորկովիչին: Նամակի պատճառը օրերս անցկացված շախմատի համաշխարհային առաջին օնլայն օլիմպիադան է: Նամակը հրապարակվել է Հայաստանի շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

ՖԻԴԵ-Ի ՆԱԽԱԳԱՀ
ՊԱՐՈՆ ԱՐԿԱԴԻ ԴՎՈՐԿՈՎԻՉԻՆ

Հարգելի´ պարոն Դվորկովիչ,

Հայաստանի շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի անունից երախտագիտություն եմ հայտնում ՖԻԴԵ-ին և անձամբ Ձեզ՝ համավարակով պայմանավորված այս իրավիճակում շախմատի առաջին Օնլայն Օլիմպիադան անցկացնելու համար։ ՖԻԴԵ-ն, որն այսօր միավորում է 190 երկիր, կրում է մեծ պատասխանատվություն շախմատի զարգացման և տարածման գործում։ Այս համատեքստում, Օնլայն Օլիմպիադայի անցկացումով, փորձ կատարվեց պահպանել շախմատային ակտիվությունը և ստեղծել տոն շախմատասերների և շախմատիստների համար։ Մրցաշարը իրականություն դարձնելու համար ՖԻԴԵ-ն և նրա գործընկերներները ներդրեցին մեծ ջանքեր և նվիրում։ Հայաստանի շախմատի ֆեդերացիան մեծապես գնահատում է ՖԻԴԵ-ի և անձամբ Ձեր ներդրումը մրցաշարի կայացման գործում։
Բայց ցավով պետք է նշեմ, որ կազմակերպչական աշխատանքների գուցե շտապողականության և կարևոր հարցերը ոչ բավարար խորը գնահատելու պատճառով, մրցաշարի ընթացքում առաջացան մի շարք խնդիրներ. դրանք մեծապես կապված էին մրցաշարի կանոնադրությունում առկա էական բացերի հետ, որոնց մի մասը, թեև մրցաշարի առաջին անգամ անցկացմանը, ակնհայտորեն կանխատեսելի էին։
Կանոնադրության բացերից առաջացան քառորդ եզրափակչի Հայաստան – Հնդկաստան և եզրափակչի Ռուսաստան – Հնդկաստան մրցախաղերում ստեղծված իրավիճակները, ինչպես նաև խմբային փուլերում գրանցված մի շարք խնդիրներ: Խմբային փուլերում գրանցված խնդիրները չարժանացան մեծ ուշադրության և չենթարկվեցին խորը վերլուծության։
Այդ կապակցությամբ իմ խորը մտահոգությունն ու անհանգստությունն եմ հայտնում ՖԻԴԵ-ի կողմից կայացված որոշումների առթիվ։ Անարդարության ցանկացած նշույլ մեծ հակադրում է առաջացնում շախմատային հանրույթի և շախմատիստների մոտ, և դա է եղել պատճառը, որ մեր թիմի անդամները որոշեցին չմասնակցել Հնդկաստանի հետ 2-րդ մրցախաղին։

Շախմատիստների դժգոհությունը ավելի սրվեց ՖԻԴԵ-ի՝ նույն իրավիճակում ընդունված երկու հակադիր որոշումների պատճառով։ Հայաստանի հավաքականը առերեսվեց երկակի ստանդարտների կիրառման դատապարտելի երևույթին։ ՖԻԴԵ-ն չհետևեց իր իսկ նախադեպային որոշմանը, խորապես չվերլուծեց Հայաստանի շախմատի ֆեդերացիայի այն պնդումները, որ ինտերնետը հայկական կողմում չի ընդհատվել և ստեղծվել է իրապես ֆորս-մաժորային իրավիճակ։
Ինձ շատ է տխրեցրել նաև ՖԻԴԵ-ի որոշ պաշտոնյաների համացանցում դրսևորած վարքագիծը, որոնք իրավիճակը ներկայացրել են ոչ ամբողջական, աղճատված, ինչին հետևել է նաև մեր շախմատիստների արձագանքը:
Կարծում եմ շախմատիստներն իրենց կարծիքը հայտնելիս պետք է լինեն կոռեկտ, առանց էմոցիոնալ ձևակերպումների, բայց գտնում եմ նաև, որ ՖԻԴԵ-ն պետք է կրկնակի կոռեկտ գտնվի շախմատիստների նկատմամբ՝ չնսեմացնելով նրանց արժանապատվությունը։
Ցանկություն ունենալով շախմատային մեծ ընտանիքում մշտապես դրական մթնոլորտ պահպանել՝ հույս եմ հայտնում որ ՖԻԴԵ-ն իրավամբ կգործի շախմատային «Մենք մեկ ընտանիք ենք» կարգախոսի ներքո, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուրի անհաջողությունը, պարտությունը և ապրումները՝ բոլորի անհաջողությունը, պարտությունն ու ապրումներն են։
