Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական դեպքի նոր մանրամասները. մայր ու որդի մահացել են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է երկու մարդու մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտոպատահարի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Արմավիրի մարզի 42-ամյա բնակչին:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից: Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Արմավիրի մարզի 42-ամյա բնակիչը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլային հարբածության վիճակում, վարելով իր կողմից շահագործվող «ԲՄՎ 525Ի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, 2020թ.մայիսի 10-ին’ ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում, Երասխահուն-Վարդանաշեն ճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ-ի հատվածում, թույլ է տվել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների պահանջներին հակասող գործողություն՝ վարել է տեսանելիությանը համապատասխանող թույլատրելի արագությունը գերազանցող արագությամբ, դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց ուղղության երթևեկելի ուղեմաս և բախվել Արմավիրի մարզի Երասխահուն գյուղի 27-ամյա բնակչի կողմից վարած «Վազ 21074» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային:

Իր գործողություններով պայմանավորելով տվյալ վթարի առաջացումը և ինքն իրեն զրկելով վթարը կանխելու տեխնիկական հնարավորությունից՝ 27-ամյա վարորդին և 65-ամյա ուղևորին՝ վերջինիս մորը՝ անզգուշությամբ պատճառել է մահ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Արմավիրի մարզի 42-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (Ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված պահանջները կամ ճանապարհային երթևեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի մարդու մահ): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով’ դատարանի’ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
