Ողբերգական ավտովթար Կոտայքի մարզում. Niva-ն 130 մետր բարձրությունից գահավիժել է ձորը. կան զոհեր և վիրավորներ

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում ВАЗ 2121 մակնիշի 79 VR 999 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Կարպի գյուղի վարչական տարածքում՝ Կարպիի ձորում, ոլորանապտույտ հատվածում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և մոտ 130 մետր բարձրությունից գահավիժել և հայտնվել «Ավանգարդ» հանգստի գոտու հարևանությամբ գտնվող ձորում:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 2 հոգի մահացել են, 3 հոգի, որոնցից մեկը երեխա է, տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց:

Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել «Ավանգարդ» հանգստի գոտում հանգստացող քաղաքացիները, այնուհետև օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Աշտարակի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով: Մահացածներին և վիրավորներին հայտնաբերել են ավտոմեքենայից դուրս: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Վաչե Մալաքյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Հրանտ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ, սակայն պարզվել է, որ վթարը տեղի է ունեցել ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի վարչական տարածքում և օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նույն վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանն ու դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանը: Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ վիրավորներին հիվանդանոց են ուղեկցել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանը և քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազոր Հարություն Գևորգյանը:

Վերջինս երեխային է ուղեկցել հիվանդանոց, ում վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատում են միջին բավարար: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Գյուլումյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հայկ Թումանյանի և բաժնի պետի անձնակազմի գծով տեղակալ Էմիլ Բենիամինովի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդի, մահացածների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
