Թոռներին դաժան ծեծի ենթարկելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված պապը մկնդեղ է օգտագործել. կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում

Տավուշի մարզի Խաշթառակ համայնքում թոռներին դաժանաբար ծեծելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված 57-ամյա տղամարդը մկնդեղ է օգտագործել. գտնվում է հիվանդանոցում։ Այս տեղեկությունը NEWS.am-ին հաստատեց բժիշկ Միքայել Գաբրիելյանը։

Նա հայտնեց, որ տղամարդը հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել։

«Հիվանդի կյանքին այս պահին էլ վտանգ է սպառնում, գիտակցությունը տեղն է, մեր հարցերին պատասխանում է»,- ասաց բժիշկը։

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը զրուցել էր 57-ամյա տղամարդու պաշտպան Արթուր Մելիքբեկյանի հետ, որը նշել էր՝ իր պաշտպանյալը մտավոր հետամնացության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի։ Նա նաեւ հավելել էր, որ առաջիկայում պետք է միջնորդություն ներկայացվի դատարան՝ հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոն տեղափոխելու համար։

Նշենք, որ դաժան ծեծի հետեւանքով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված 6-ամյա տղան մահացել է, իսկ 4-ամյա երեխան՝ օգոստոսի 27-ին դուրս գրվել հիվանդանոցից։

Ըստ ՔԿ հաղորդագրության՝ Խաշթառակ համայնքի 57-ամյա բնակիչը, իր հանգիստը խանգարելու պատճառով, 2014թ. ծնված անչափահաս թոռան առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, ձեռքերով, ոտքերով եւ փայտով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որի հետեւանքով 6-ամյա երեխան վայր է ընկել, գլխով հարվածել է բազմոցի ոտնակին, ստացել  կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բազմաթիվ մարմնական վնասվածքներ եւ անգիտակից վիճակում տեղափոխվել  «Արաբկիր» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Բացի այդ, 2020թ. օգոստոսի 14-ին,  16-ին նույն պատրվակով պարբերաբար, դիտավորությամբ ձեռքերով եւ ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել իր 2 անչափահաս  թոռների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ վերջիններիս պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ եւ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ վերջինիս 28-ամյա դուստրը նույնպես պարբերաբար, դիտավորությամբ ձեռքերով, ոտքերով, փայտով եւ այլ առարկաներով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել   իր 5 անչափահաս երեխաների, ինչպես նաեւ՝ համատեղ բնակվող եղբոր 2 անչափահաս որդիների մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ վերջիններիս պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ եւ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք:

Տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 112-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը) 1-ին մասով եւ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի (ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը)  2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով, վերջինս կալանավորվել է:

Նրա 28-ամյա դստերը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որը չի բավարարվել։
