ՀՀԿ «ռեստավրացիան»․ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ձեռքը «քաղաքական զարկերակի» վրա է

ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխությունից հետո քաղաքական դաշտում որոշակի նոր դերաբաշխում տեղի ունեցավ, ինչը բնական է, քանի որ, ըստ էության, տեղի էր ունեցել քաղաքական «ռասկլադի» փոփոխություն և այն ինչ նախկինում ակտուալ էր, ներկա փուլում, անընդունելի է, և հակառակը։

Ահա այս տրամաբանության մեջ կարող ենք դիտարկել ՀՀԿ-ի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները, երբ տասը տարուց ավել իշխող քաղաքական առանցքային կուսակցությունը նման փուլում հայտնվեց։ Յուրաքանչյուր իշխող կուսակցության համար միանշանակ շոկային է, երբ այն հեռանում է իշխանությունից, և շատ դժվար է համակերպվել այդ իրողության հետ։ Սակայն տվյալ դեպքում ՀՀԿ-ն ռեկորդային կարճ ժամանակում սկսել է ուշքի գալ, ինչը ապացուցվեց օրերս բավականին մեծ թվով երիտասարդներով համալվելու փաստը։ Ավելին՝ ՀՀԿ-ն վերջի շրջանում փաստացի ցույց է տալիս, որ առաջիկա քաղաքական գործընթացներում կարող է լուրջ քաղաքական դերակատարություն ստանձնել։

Իրականում ՀՀԿ-ի ակտիվությունն ու քաղաքական կյանքում ներգրավված լինելը շատ կարևոր է ՀՀ համար, այն իմաստով, որ տևական ժամնակահատված իշխող ուժ լինելով, լայնորեն ինտեգրված է միջազգային տարբեր կառույցներում և եվրոպական քաղաքական ընտանիքում։ ՀՀԿ-ն միջազգային հարթակում լուրջ գործընկերային կապեր ունին, ինչը ՀՀ համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, այլ խոսքով՝ ՀՀԿ «ռեստավրացիան» Հայաստանի համար միանշանակ դրական հետևաքներ կունենա։

Ըստ էության՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այն տրամաչափի գործիչներից, ով իշխանությունից հեռանալուց հետո ոչ միայն չհեռացավ ակտիվ քաղաքական գործընթացներից, այլ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հետևում է օրվա զարգացումներին՝ փորձելով ձեռքը պահել «քաղաքական զարկերակի» վրա։ Ավելին՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն ակտիվ քաղաքական հանդիպումների մեջ է․ կուսակցական գրասենյակում նա բավական ինտենսիվ հանդիպումներ է իրականցնում ինչպես ներքաղաքական տարբեր շրջանակների, այնպես էլ միջազգային․ հաճախ ենք հանդիպում, երբ ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահը հանիպումներ է ունենում ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված տարբեր դեսպանների և այլ միջազգային կառույցների ու հիմնադրամների ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Բացի դրանից Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարողացավ համախմբել ու կոորդինացնել իր ղեկավարած կառույցի հստակ աշխատանքները և չթողեց, կուսակցությունը մասնատվի, ինչպես տեղի ունեցավ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի դեպքում, երբ նրա հրաժարականից հետո ՀՀՇ-ն շատ արագ վերածվեց «գեղի կլուբի», քանի որ մնացել էր անտեր։
