Մեր հզոր մեկ հայրենիքի, սակայն ճակատագրի բերումով երկու պետությունների՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, ողջ աշխարհի մանուկներից տարբերվող՝ հնագույն և իմաստուն ազգի գենը կրող հրաշամանուկներ, շնորհավոր Սեպտեմբերի 1։ Այս օրը մեծ և կարևոր խորհուրդ ունի մեր ազգի համար, քանզի խորհրդանշում է Գիտելիքի տոնը։ Մենք ԵՂԵԼ ենք, ԿԱՆՔ ու ՀԱՐԱՏԵՎԵԼՈՒ ենք, քանզի ազգային կրթությունն ու դաստիարակությունը մեր գլխավոր ուղեկիցներն են ու գենի պահապանները։
Սիրելի´ երեխաներ ու պատանիներ, մենք՝ մեծերս, պարտավոր ենք պահել ու պահպանել ձեզ, ապահովելով ձեր՝ խաղաղ ու արդար երկրում հայեցի կրթվելու ու դաստիարակություն ստանալու իրավունքը։
Թանկագին մանկավարժնե´ր, ձեզ՝ կատարյալ առողջություն, ուժ ու կորով, որպեսզի այս անկայուն ժամանակներում շարունակեք ձեր դժվարին, սակայն վեհ առաքելությունը, այն է՝ սովորեցնեք մեր երեխաներին ճիշտ և հայեցի ապրել, հարստացնելով միտքն ու հոգին։
Հարգելի´ ծնողներ, անկախ այն բոլոր արհեստական խոչընդոտներից, որ հայտնի ու անհայտ պատճառներով ստեղծեցին մեր երեխաների համար, միևնույն է ինձ չկանգնեցրեց, որ իմ երեխաներին տոն պարգևեմ, որը սկսվեց առավոտյան կրթօջախ գնալով և շարունակվելու է ողջ օրվա ընթացքում։ Երկար ու ձիգ տարիներ շարունակ ազգային ավանդույթի վերածված Գիտելիքի տոնը նաև ընտանեկան է։
