Ուսուցիչները աշխատավարձի հավելում կստանան` 30 տոկոսի չափով․ փոխնախարարը հայտնում է

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Հանրային քննարկման ենք ներկայացրել սահմանամերձ և բարձրլեռնային համայնքների դպրոցների ուսուցիչներ գործուղելու նոր կարգի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսում ենք, որ նախարարությունը վարելու է ուսուցիչների շտեմարան, որոնք ցանկություն կունենան տեղափոխվել սահմանամերձ կամ բարձրլեռնային համայնքների դպրոցներում դասավանդելու, իսկ գործուղվող ուսուցիչների համար նախատեսել ենք մի շարք նոր կարգավորումներ, որոնք ավեի բարենպաստ պայմաններ կստեղծեն աշխատանքի համար, մասնավորապես․

 ա) իր և իր ընտանիքի անդամների տեղափոխման տրանսպորտային ծախսերը' միայն միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղի լինելու դեպքում' միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղիների համար սահմանված սակագնի չափով, իսկ միկրոավտոբուսային և ավտոբուսային երթուղիներ լինելու դեպքում' ավտոբուսային երթուղիների համար սահմանված սակագնի չափով /նախկինում չի հատկացվել/,

բ) իր և իր ընտանիքի անդամների անհրաժեշտ գույքի տեղափոխման տրանսպորտային ծախսերը' մինչև 50 կիլոմետր ճանապարհի համար' 10000 դրամ, 50 կիլոմետրից ավելի յուրաքանչյուր 50 կիլոմետրի համար' 8000 դրամ, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան 50000 դրամը /նախկինում հատկացվել է գույքի տեղափոխման գումար' 15000 դրամ/,

գ) տարեկան 4 անգամ մշտական բնակավայր այցելելու համար տրանսպորտային ծախս՝ միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղի լինելու դեպքում' միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղիների համար սահմանված սակագնի չափով, իսկ միկրոավտոբուսային և ավտոբուսային երթուղիներ լինելու դեպքում' ավտոբուսային երթուղիների համար սահմանված սակագնի չափով /նախկինում հատկացվել է ճանապարհածախսի փոխհատուցում' տարեկան մինչև 4 անգամ/,

դ) բնակարանային վարձի համար՝ ըստ մարզերի տրված սահմանաչափով․

ե) կոմունալ ծախսերի համար՝ ամսական 10200 դրամ** / նախկինում հատկացվել է կեցության այլ ծախսեր' ամսական 5000/,

զ) աշխատավարձի հավելում' աշխատավարձի 30 տոկոսի չափով /նախկինում չի հատկացվել/։

Կարծում ենք, որ այս կարգավորումները պետք է նպաստեն համայնքներում ուսուցիչների պակասի առժամանակ լրացմանը և սովորողներին բոլոր առարկաների դասավանդմանը։   Նախատեսում ենք, որ ընդունվելու պարագայում այն կգործի 2021 թվականից։ 7STOPPED Կարգի նախագիծը՝ հղմամբ»։
