Դիմակ կրելը պարտադիր չի լինի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների համար

Պարետի նոր որոշմամբ՝ դիմակ կրելը որոշ դեպքերում պարտադիր չի լինի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Արարատ Միրզոյանի, նախագահի, կաթողիկոսի եւ մի շարք այլ պաշտոնյաների համար։

Որոշման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի N 298-Ն որոշմամբ՝ ՀՀ պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների եւ կանոնների վերաբերյալ» N 253-Ն որոշման մեջ կատարել հետեւյալ փոփոխությունները եւ լրացումները՝

1. Որոշման 5-րդ կետը լրացնել «է» ենթակետով՝ հետեւյալ բովանդակությամբ՝ «է. Հանրապետության նախագահի, Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի, վարչապետի, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի, Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի գլխավորությամբ անցկացվող արարողակարգային միջոցառումների ժամանակ ելույթ եւ ուղերձ ունեցողների եւ միջոցառման անմիջական մասնակիցների՝ բացառությամբ հանդիսականների, հյուրերի, լրագրողների եւ սպասարկող անձնակազմի»։

2. Որոշման հավելված N 2-ի 1-ին կետի 4-րդ ենթակետի «ՀՀ վարչապետի մոտ հրավիրված խորհրդակցությունների» բառերից հետո լրացնել «եւ հանրապետության նախագահի, Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի, վարչապետի, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի, Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի գլխավորությամբ անցկացվող արարողակարգային միջոցառումների ժամանակ» բառերը»։
