Թորոսյանը «հաստատեց», որ վարչապետի հետ լավ հարաբերություններ չունի և որ իր հեռացման հարցը օրակարգում է

Մի քանի օր շարունակ մամուլը անդադար գրում է, որ առոջղապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը հրաժարական է տալու։ Օրերս մենք նաև գրել էինք, որ նախարարն ու վարչապետը վեճ են ունեցել, որից հետո Արսեն Թորոսյանը փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի ներկայությամբ վիրավորել է վարչապետ Փաշինյանին․«ձեր հիվանդին տիրություն արեք»,-ասել էր Թորոսյանը։

Օրեր անց Արսեն Թորոսյանը փորձեց արդարացումներով հանդես գալ, բայց իր հերքումներն ու պնդումները առավել հաստատեցին այն տեղեկությունները, որոնք հրապարակվել են մամուլում։

«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում նախարար Թորոսյանը առաջին հերթին փորձեց կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի դեմ պայքարի տապալումն իր վրայից գցել ամբողջ կառավարության վրա․ «Աշխատանքների գնահատականը պրոցես է, որը միշտ տեղի ունենում. սկսած հրապարակային քննարկումների, նիստերի ժամանակ։ Կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը միայն Առողջապահության նախարարության գործը չի, այլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ Այդպես էլ եղել է բոլոր գերատեսչությունները իրենց մասով արել են իրենց աշխատանքները եւ շարունակում են անել։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդացած եւ դժբախտաբար մահացած տոկոսը ցույց է տալիս, որ առողջապահական համակարգը արել է ավելին, քան կարող էր»։

Ըստ էության այս հայտարարությամբ Արսեն Թորոսյանը հաստատում է, որ իշխանության  ներսում քննարկում է եղել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ տարվող պայքարի տապալման մասով։ Թորոսյանը նաև անուղղակի հաստատեց, որ իրեն են մեղադրել, իսկ ինքը այս հարցազրույցով իր վրա ոչ հրապարակային դրված բեռը հրապարակային դրեց բոլորի վրա, այդ թվում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի։

Նույն հարցազրույցի ընթացքում Թորոսյանը հաստատեց նաև իր և վարչապետ Փաշինյանի վատ հարաբերությունների մասին լուրերը․«Վարչապետի նույնիսկ չեմ հիշում, թե վերջին անգամ երբ եմ հանդիպել։ Նման հրապարակումներ հիշում եմ, որ կան արդեն երկու տարի, հետեւաբար իմաստ չեմ գտնում այդ լուրերի համար պատճառներ գտնել»,- ասել է նախարարը։

Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը իշխանությունները անվանել են պատերազմ, որը վարում են իրենք։ Բավական երկար ժամանակ իշխանությունները փորձում էին քարոզչական դաշտում ֆոն ստեղծել, որ այս ընթացքում իրենց քնանդատողները պատերազմական իրավիճակում պետությանը թիկունքից հարվածող դավաճաններն են։ 

Ու այստեղ միայն պատկերացնել կարելի է, թե որքան լարված են Փաշինյան-Թորոսյան հարաբերությունները, որ նախարարաը անգամ չի հիշում, թե վերջին անգամ, երբ է նրա հետ հանդիպել։ Սա նման է իրավիճակի, երբ պատերազմող երկրի ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետը երկար ժամանակ չհանդիպի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարի հետ։

ԵՎ այս պարագայում որքան էլ իշխանությունները հերքեն մամուլում հայնտնվող լուրերը ակնհայտ է, որ նախարար Թորոսյանի և վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հարաբերությունները լարված են։ ՈՒ եթե անգամ Թորոսյանը իրական մեղավորություն չունի՝ միևնույնն է Փաշինյանը նրան պետք է զոհաբերի հանուն իր անձնական իշխանության։
