Փողոցային նկարիչ Բենքսին աֆրիկացի ներգաղթյալներին փրկելու նպատակով նավ է գնել (լուսանկարներ)

Մեծ Բրիտանիայից Բենքսի կեղծանունով փողոցային նկարիչը, որի արտաքինն ու իրական անունը մինչ այժմ առեղծված են մնում, Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայից Եվրոպա հասնել փորձող փախստականներին փրկելու նպատակով նավ է գնել։ Այս մասին հայտնում է The Guardian-ը։

Նշվում է, որ նավը կրում է ֆրանսիացի հեղափոխական Լուիզ Միշելի (1830-1905) անունը: ԶԼՄ-ներում հայտնված լուսանկարներում երևում է, որ այն զարդարված է Բենքսիի նկարներով։

Նշվում է, որ նավն օգոստոսի 18-ին դուրս է եկել իսպանական Բուրրիանա քաղաքի նավահանգստից և գտնվում է Միջերկրական ծովում: Ինչպես նշվում է հոդվածում, հինգշաբթի նավի անձնակազմը փրկել է 89 մարդու, այդ թվում՝ 14 կանանց և երեխաների, և այժմ անվտանգ վայր է փնտրում նրանց ափ իջեցնելու կամ եվրոպական երկրներից մեկի սահմանապահներին հանձնելու համար: Փրկվածների ազգությունը չի նշվում։

Հաղորդվում է, որ 31 մետրանոց «Լուիզ Միշելի» անձնակազմը բաղկացած է 10 մարդուց: Նավի կապիտանը Պիա Քլեմփն է, որն ավելի վաղ ղեկավարել է մի քանի ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունների նավեր և փրկել հազարավոր կյանքեր։

Քլեմփը The Guardian-ին պատմել է, որ Բենքսին 2019 թվականին անձամբ է իրեն դիմել՝ նամակում «բարի նպատակների համար նոր նավ կամ նման մի բան գնելու» առաջարկով:

Կին կապիտանն ընդգծել է, որ նկարչի մասնակցությունը գործողություններին սահմանափակվում է բացառապես ֆինանսական օգնությամբ։

«Բենքսին չի ձևացնում, թե մեզնից լավ գիտի՝ ինչպես կառավարել նավը, իսկ մենք չենք ձևացնում, թե նկարչությունից ենք գլուխ հանում»,- ասել է նա։
