Ողբերգական ավտովթար Շիրակի մարզում. կան զոհեր և վիրվորներ

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 23-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Ժամը 17:40-ի սահմաններում, Volkswagen Golf մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, Երևան-Գյումրի-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի 142 կմ հատվածում, Քեթիի ոլորաններում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և մոտ 50 մետր, մի քանի պտույտ գլորվելով, գլխիվայր հայտնվել ձորում: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 2 հոգի տեղում մահացել են, 4 հոգի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոցներ: Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Գյումրու թիվ 48 ջոկատի հրշեջ-փրկարարները: Փրկարարները մահացածների մարմինները շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենաներին են մոտեցրել մեծ դժվարությամբ, քանի որ ճանապարհը դժվարանցանելի է: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Վաչե Մալաքյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Լևոն Միքայելյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև նույն վաշտի ավագ հետաքննիչներ Դավիթ Ասատրյանն ու Նարեկ Գասպարյանը: Բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը տեղում արձանագրելով 2 քաղաքացու մահը, տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչություն: Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Գյուլումյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից դեպքի վայր է ժամանում քննչական խումբը: Փաստի առթիվ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրգործ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն առաջացրել է 2 և ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով: Ոստիկանությունը պարզում է վարորդի, մահացածների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը:
