Այս ի՜նչ սարսափ սփռող մարտավարություն է, ուղեցույցը գրողները երեխաների հետ չե՞ն շփվում, նրանց կենցաղին ծանոթ չե՞ն թեկուզ հեռվից․ Նարինե Դիլբարյանը՝ դպրոցների նոր կանոններով աշխատանքի մասին

Լեզվաբան, ԵՊՀ հայ բանասիրության ամբիոնի դասախոս Նարինե Դիլբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում անդրադարձել է  դպրոցների համար ԿԳՄՍ ուղեցույցին։ 

«Ուշադիր կարդացի կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության պայմաններում հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում գործունեության կազմակերպման ուղեցույցը և զարհուրեցի. այս ի՜նչ ահ ու սարսափ սփռող մարտավարություն է, ուղեցույցը գրողները երեխաների հետ չե՞ն շփվում, այս ողջ ժամանակընթացում նրանց կենցաղին ծանոթ չե՞ն թեկուզ հեռվից... ամիսներ շարունակ մեր երեխաները բակերում ողջ-առողջ խաղացել են իրար հետ մեծամասամբ անդիմակ, իրար ձեռք բռնած, գնդակներով և ցատկապարաններով, հեծանիվներով և քարտերով, լողավազաններում, այգիներում և պուրակներում սերտ շփվել, բժշկական հաստատություններում էլ հստակ վիճակագրություն կա, թե նրանց քանի՛ տոկոսն է վարակվել և ինչպե՛ս է անցկացրել հիվանդությունը: 

Երեխաները ջախջախիչ մեծամասնությամբ չեն վարակվում սույն քովիդով, չեն էլ վարակում իրենց ծնող-բարեկամ, հարևաններին, այսինքն՝ նաև ուսուցիչներին: Ուստի ի՞նչ կարիք կա արգելել գրատախտակի մոտ գալը, տետր ունենալը, գիրք բերելը... պարզվում է՝ թղթերի վրա պիտի գրեն, թղթերը արկղում մեկ օր պահեն, նոր ձեռք տան, ստուգեն...որտե՞ղ է գրված, որ քովիդը տետրերի ու գրքերի միջոցով է տարածվում, այդ ի՜նչ նոր վիճակագրություն է: 

Ուղեցույցը կարդալուց հետո պարզ է դառնում, որ դրա նպատակը իրականում դպրոցները վերստին փակելն է, մարդկանց թշվառ ու տագնապահեղձ պահելը, սերնդին անգրագետ թողնելը, զգայացունց, հուզական խառնվածքի ուսուցիչներին և ծնողներին հոգեբանորեն ընկճելը, աշակերտների մեջ էլ կանխավ այն մտքի ամրակայումը, որ միևնույնն է՝ գիտելիք ձեռք չեն բերի դպրոցում: Առանց գրատախտակի մոտ կանչելու՝ ինչպե՞ս են մաթեմատիկա, ֆիզիկա, քիմիա սովորեցնելու, ի՞նչ է, ուսուցիչը միալար խոսելու է, գրի-ջնջի, աշակերտներն էլ անտետր, անհաղորդ նստեն դիմակներով և վայրկյանները հաշվեն՝ երբ են ազատություն ստանալու: Բժիշկներին, հոգեբաններին հավաքե՛ք, առանց կանխակալ կպչուն գաղափարների միջազգային փորձն էլ ուսումնասիրեք ողջամիտ որոշումներ կայացրեք ի շահ կրթության: Մեզ ոչ այնքան թագավարակը կվնասի, որքան կրթության պակասը և ընկճախտը: Միջազգային կազմակերպությունների օգնությունն էլ կարող է բնավ պետք չգալ...»,- գրել է նա։
