Իտալական դատարանը պատմական որոշում է կայացրել. ծնողներն այլևս պարտավոր չեն ֆինանսապես ապահովել իրենց «մեծ երեխաներին»

Իտալիայում 35-ամյա երիտասարդի հայցով Գերագույն դատարանի կայացրած որոշումը կարող է բեկումնային դառնալ ողջ երկրի համար: Ինչպես ներկայացնում է Oddity Central-ը, տղամարդը դատարան էր դիմել՝ ակնկալելով հետագայում ևս դրամական օգնություն ստանալ իր ծնողներից:

Նշվում է, որ տղամարդը, որը ոչ լրիվ դրույքով աշխատում է որպես երգի ուսուցիչ և տարեկան 20 000 եվրո է վաստակում, իր ծնողներից ամեն ամիս դրամական աջակցություն է ստանում: Տոսկանիայի դատարանի նախնական որոշմամբ՝ նա ամսական 300 եվրո է ստացել ծնողներից, սակայն Գերագույն դատարանի նոր վճռով՝ ծնողներն այլևս պարտավոր չեն աջակցել իրենց որդուն:

Այս պատմական որոշումը կարող է կիրառվել նաև այլ դեպքերում: Նշվում է, որ եվրոպական երկրում ընդունված է ծնողներից ֆինանսական աջակցություն ակնկալել հասուն տարիքում: Իտալիայում նույնիսկ եզրույթ գոյություն ունի այսպես կոչված՝ հասուն երեխաների համար, որոնք 30-ից հետո էլ կախում ունեն ծնողներից: Նման մարդկանց անվանում են bamboccioni («մեծ երեխաներ»):

Դատավորի որոշմամբ՝ իտալացի երիտասարդները չպետք է աշխատանք գտնելու դժվարության պատրվակով կախված մնան իրենց ծնողներից:
