30-ամյա տղամարդը բանկոմատներից հափշտակել է 7,4մլն դրամ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների և ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության օպերատիվ-հետախուզական տեղեկատվության և համակարգչային հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության հետ համատեղ իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

 
 Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ  Երևան քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակիչը անհայտ անձից ձեռք է բերել «BANK OF AMERICA», «METABANK» և «HSBC» ամերիկյան բանկերի տարբեր հաճախորդների պլաստիկ քարտերի ապօրինի եղանակով պատրաստված թվով 75 կրկնօրինակներ: Վերջինս 2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ից մինչև 2020թ. օգոստոսի 12-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, դրանց գործադրմամբ, Երևան քաղաքի ավելի քան մեկ տասնյակ փողոցներում տեղակայված «HSBC Բանկ Հայաստան» ՓԲԸ բանկոմատներից իրական պլաստիկ քարտերի բանկային հաշվեհամարներից պարբերաբար և մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ՝ համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ, հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ շուրջ 7.488.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար՝ վերոնշյալ բանկերի հեղինակությանը պատճառելով բարոյական և գույքային վնաս։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Երևան քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 181-րդ հոդվածի (համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

30-ամյա տղամարդը խոստովանական ցուցմունք է տվել, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին, որը համակցվել է գրավի հետ, իսկ պատճառված վնասը նախաքննության ընթացքում ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է:
