Ինչպե՞ս է երիտասարդը կեղծ քարտերով բանկոմատներից հափշտակում շուրջ 7.500.000 դրամ (տեսանյութ)

Օրերս քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ ստացվեցին, որ ինչ-որ մեկը համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ Հայաստանում արտասահմանյան բանկերից մեկին պատկանող բանկոմատներից 2019-2020 թվականների ընթացքում կանխիկացման միջոցով կատարել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակություն։

«Ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ձեռնարկեցինք ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, որոնց ընթացքում համագործակցեցինք բանկի համապատասխան ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ։ Պարզեցինք այն բանկոմատների տեղակայման վայրերը, որոնցից բանկային կեղծ քարտերով գումար էր հափշտակվել։ Շարունակելով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները` օպերատիվ տվյալներ ստացվեցին հափշտակությունները կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող անձի վերաբերյալ։ Ճշտեցինք կասկածյալի ինքնությունը, նաև տեղեկություններ ստացանք, թե օգոստոսի 13-ին որ բանկոմատից է հնարավոր կատարի կանխիկացում», — նշեց ՔՈԳՎ ՀԿԳ ավագ օպերլիազոր Տիգրան Փափազյանը։

Օգոստոսի 13-ին քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները կանխիկացման փորձ կատարելիս տղամարդուն բռնեցին ու կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկեցին ոստիկանություն։ Երևանի 30-ամյա բնակչի անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց 3 կեղծված պլաստիկ քարտ և կանխիկ գումար։ Փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվեցին, որ նա միայն հուլիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին նշված բանկի բանկոմատներից պլաստիկ կեղծ քարտերի օգնությամբ հափշտակել է շուրջ 7.500.000 դրամ։ Պարզվել է նաև, որ քարտերը համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ պատրաստվել են ԱՄՆ-ում ու բերվել Հայաստան, և նա դրանք տեղադրելով բանկոմատներում ու հավաքելով համապատասխան ծածկագրեր՝ կանխիկացրել է տարբեր չափերի գումարներ։

«Փաստի առթիվ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում կատարվող հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 181-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի առաջին կետով, այն է՝ հափշտակությունը, որը կատարվել է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի օգտագործմամբ՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով», — նշեց ՔՈԳՎ ՀԿԳ ավագ օպերլիազոր Տիգրան Փափազյանը։

Հարուցված քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է քննչական կոմիտե՝ նախաքննության։ Երևանի 30-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է։ Քննությունը շարունակվում է։
