Վաճառել է 500 հազար դրամով մեկ տարեկան երեխայի

Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2020թ. մայիսին Մասիսի բնակչուհին իր մեկամյա երեխային վաճառել է: ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի դատավարական հետևողական ղեկավարման ներքո ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Ոստիկանության ՔՈ գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցների իրականացրած արդյունավետ աշխատանքի արդյունքում 13.05.2020թ. Մասիս քաղաքի բնակչուհին հաղորդում է տվել Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում այն մասին, որ իր որդուն 500.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի դիմաց վաճառել է Երևան քաղաքում բնակվող ամուսիններին, սակայն վերջիններս մաս-մաս վճարել են ընդամենը 300.000 ՀՀ դրամ: Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում, կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ձեռանարկված օպերատիվ անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ նշված կինը 2019թ. ապրիլին ծննդաբերել է տղա երեխա: Վերջինս Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ հանդիսացող ամուսինների հետ նախապես համաձայնության գալով իր մեկամյա որդուն 500.000 դրամի դիմաց նրանց վաճառելու շուրջ՝ 2020թ. մայիսի 5-ին գնացել են Մասիսի ՔԿԱԳ տարածքային բաժին, որտեղ գնորդը ճանաչել է երեխայի հայրությունը և վերցրել են վերջինիս ազգանունով երեխայի՝ նոր ծննդյան պետական վկայականը։ Օրեր անց գնորդ ամուսիները հարազարտների հետ գնացել են երեխայի կենսաբանական մոր տուն, որտեղ երեխայի առքի համար նախատեսված պայմանավորված 500.000 ՀՀ դրամից վճարել են 200.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, ձեռք բերել գումարի մնացած մասը՝ 300.000 դրամը, հետագայում տալու պայմանավորվածություն և վերցնելով երեխային՝ տարել իրենց հետ: Հետագայում՝ 11.06.2020թ. և 31.07.2020թ., նրանք մնացած գումարից վճարել են ևս 50.000-ական դրամ: Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են խնամքը ստանձնելու նպատակով երեխայի առքի կամ ստանձնողի խնամքին հանձնելու նպատակով երեխայի վաճառքի հանցավոր արարքի հատկանիշներ պարունակող տվյալներ՝ Ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
