Ռուսաստանը սեպտեմբերի 1–ից վերականգնելու է Հայաստանի հետ կանոնավոր չվերթները. ՌԴ տուրօպերատորների ասոցիացիա

ԱՊՀ երկրները հայտնում են Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանը բացելու պատրաստակամության մասին: Փորձագետները գնահատել են թռիչքների վերականգնման հեռանկարները, ինչպես նաեւ կիսվել միջազգային ավիահաղորդակցությունն ընդլայնելու կանխատեսումներով, գրում է «Atorus»-ը:

Օգոստոսի 12-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ղազախստանն ու Հայաստանը պատրաստ են բացել Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանը: Ղազախստանի ենթակառուցվածքների ինդուստրիայի զարգացման նախարարության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ օգոստոսի 17-ից վերսկսվում են միջազգային չվերթները դեպի ԱՄԷ, Բելառուս, Գերմանիա, Նիդեռլանդներ, Եգիպտոս, Ուկրաինա եւ Ռուսաստան: Նախարարությունը նշել է, որ ՌԴ-ի հետ ավիահաղորդակցությունը վերականգնելու համար կպահանջվի ռուսական կողմի թույլտվությունը:

Ռուսաստանի հետ սահմանը բացելու մտադրություն ունի նաեւ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը: Ինչպես հայտնել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ռուսական կողմը եւս պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել բացել սահմանը, այդ հարցով բանակցություններ են ընթանում:

Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ ՌԴ ցանկացած քաղաքացի կարող է Հայաստան այցելել առանց հատուկ թույլտվության՝ չնայած երկրում պահպանվող ԱԴ ռեժիմին:

Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ-ի հետ ավիահաղորդակցությունը վերսկսելու պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել Ուզբեկստանն ու Ղրղզստանը:

Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Ռուսաստանը կվերսկսի ԱՊՀ երկրների մեծամասնության հետ ավիահաղորդակցությունը սեպտեմբերի 1-ից: Այդ մասին պաշտոնապես կարող են հայտնել օգոստոսի 20-ից:

Փորձագետները նշում են, որ չվերթների վերսկսման մի քանի պատճառ կա: Առաջին հերթին, ՌԴ-ում կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված իրավիճակը կայունանում է, սեպտեմբերին ծրագրվում է կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութի արտադրություն, երկրորդ հերթին, ԱՊՀ երկրներում եւս իրավիճակը կայունանում է: Բացի այդ, այդ երկրները մտադիր են ռուսական պատվաստանյութ գնել:

«Այդ պատճառով Ղազախստանը, Տաջիկստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Հայաստանը ներառվել են 30 երկրների ցուցակում, որոնց հետ ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարարությունն առաջարկել է վերականգնել չվերթները»,-«Atorus»-ին ասել է ավիաոլորտում իրազեկ աղբյուրներից մեկը:

Դեռ հայտնի չեն Բելառուսի հետ սահմանի բացման ժամկետները: «Բելավիա» ավիաընկերությունը մինչեւ օգոստոսի 21-ը երկարաձգել է դեպի ՌԴ չվերթների չեղարկումը: 

Աղբյուրների տվյալներով՝ սեպտեմբերին միջազգային ավիահաղորդակցության թույլտվություն կստանա 3 քաղաք՝ Եկատերինբուրգը, Նովոսիբիրսկն ու Վլադիվոստոկը:

Ընդ որում, միջազգային չվերրթները (առաջին հերթին, դեպի Թուրքիա) ցանկանում են վերսկսել Սոչիի, Կրասնոդարի եւ Կազանի օդանավակայանները: Բացառված չէ, որ այդ օդանավակայանները եւս կվերսկսեն չվերթները սեպտեմբերին, սական դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ սեպտմեբերի կեսերին կամ վերջին:
