Ոստիկանության ավագ լեյտենանտ Հայկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. Հարգելի′ հայրենակիցներ, գործընկերներ, ես` ոստիկանության ավագ լեյտենանտ Հայկ Սարգսյանս, երկարատև հարկադիր անգործությունից հետո ստիպված եղա հանդես գալ հայտարարությամբ, որը, մեղմ ասած, չի բխում ինձ ոստիկանության կադրերի ռեզերվի ուղեգիր «նվիրած» անձանց շահերից:

Այո, անձանց, քանի որ այն պատճառը, որի հետևանքով ես հարկադիր պարապուրդում եմ, մի քանի պագոնակիր անձինք են, ովքեր ոտնահարել են իմ` ազատության իրավունքը և հիմնավորում են ներկայացրել նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանին առ այն, որ ես ֆեյսբուքում լայքել եմ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի «Արցախը գերագույն արժեք է» գրառումը: Այո ինձ համար Արցախը գերագույն արժեք է և ցանկացած զտարյուն հայի համար Արցախը պետք է լինի գերագույն արժեք: Պարոնայք սպաներ, օրենքի պահապաններ, հայտնում եմ ձեզ, որ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 27- րդ հոդվածը սահմանում է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ոք ունի խոսքի ազատության իրավունք, ներառյալ՝ տեղեկություններ և գաղափարներ փնտրելու, ստանալու, տարածելու ազատությունը, տեղեկատվության ցանկացած միջոցով՝ անկախ պետական սահմաններից: Եվ միանշանակ, ֆեյսբուքում և առհասարակ, առցանց տիրույթում աշխատանքային ժամերից դուրս այս կամ այն գրառումը լայքելը իմ իրացվունքն է, և լայքելու պատրվակով ինձ այս դժվար պայմաններում ռեզերվ ուղարկելը հակասահմանադրական, հակաօրինական երևույթ է: Ձեռքիս տակ ունեմ խոսուն ապացույց, որը կենդանի փաստ է և հիմնավորում է իմ այն թեզը, որ ես ռեզերվ եմ ուղարկվել բացառապես ապօրինի և կամայական կերպով: Պարոնայք պատասխանատուներ, բարձրաձայնածս հարցին լուծում չտալու դեպքում, խոստանում եմ հրապարակել ինձ մոտ եղած ապացույցը: Սա ընդունեք ոչ թե որպես շանտաժ, այլ երկխոսության հրավեր և արդարացի ու օբյեկտիվ մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու կոչ: Ի վերջո, ոստիկանության առաքելությունը ապօրինությունների կանխումն ու չթույլատրումն է, իսկ այս դեպքում դուք ինքներդ եք ոտնահարում ձեր ստանձնած առաքելության առանցքային գաղափարը, ինչը, միանշանակ, պատիվ չի բերում ձեզ:

 Հարգեք օրենքը, հարգեք ձեր գործընկերներին, թեկուզ և, ձեզանից ցածր կոչում ունեցող ոստիկաններին, ովքեր վաղվա գեներալներն են, ի վերջո, ոչ ոք հավերժ չէ և ոչինչ հավերժ չէ, բացի ձեր կատարած գործերից… Հետևություննե′ր արեք և վերանայեք ձեր գործելաոճը: ԵՎ հիշեք՝ ԱՄԵՆԸ ՏԵՍԱՆԵԼԻ Է Բարին ընդ ազգիս… Պատիվ ունեմ…
