Հանրապետական կուսակցության իրականությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ընտրությունների օրվա մոտենալուն զուգահեռ հայաստանյան լրատվական դաշտը ակտիվորեն լցվում է տարատեսակ սոցհարցումներով։ Սա բնական գործընթաց է ցանկացած երկրի համար։ Սակայն, որպես կանոն, ժողովրդավարական հասարակարգերում սոցհարցումները առավելապես հետազոտական բնույթ ունեն և արտահայտում են առկա իրականության մոտավոր պատկերը։ Հայաստանում, սակայն, իրավիճակն այլ է, այստեղ, որպես կանոն, սոցհարցումները պատվիրում են քաղաքական ուժերը և հիմնականում իշխանական ուժերը, որոնք ոչ թե խնդիր ունեն հասկանալ իրական պատկերը, այլ պարզապես օգտագործում են սոցհարցումների, այսպես ասած, «նկարած արդյունքները» քարոզչական նպատակների համար։

Հենց այս տեսանկյունով վերջերս շրջանառվում է մի սոցհարցման իբր թե արդյունք, համաձայն որի` վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը վայելում է հայաստանյան հասարակության 80%–ի վստահությունն ու համակրանքը, Տարոն Մարգարյանը 60%–ի և այլն։ Այս տվյալները, վիճարկելու ցանկության բացակայությանը զուգահեռ, մեղմ ասած, զարմանք են հարուցում և մի շարք հարցեր առաջադրում։ Հասկանալի է, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը Կարեն Կարապետյանի ֆոնին փորձում է իրեն վարկանիշ ապահովել, սակայն մյուս կողմից տպավորություն է, թե հանրապետականները լիովին մոռացել են, թե ինչ պայմաններում է հայաստանյան հասարակության գերակշիռ հատվածը, որ Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես առկա է շուրջ 17% գործազրկություն, իրական թվերն ի դեպ շատ ավելի մեծ են, մոռացել են նաև, որ Հայաստանում կա շուրջ 35% աղքատություն և այլն։ Նման պայմաններում բնականաբար ինչպես կարող է հասարակության 80%–ը վստահել այն վարչապետին, որը ներկայացնում է վերջին 25 տարիներին Հայաստանում իշխանություն եղած քաղաքական ուժին։

Ի վերջո, արդյոք իշխանությունը կարծո՞ւմ է, թե հայաստանյան հասարակությունը չափազանց կարճ հիշողություն ունի և ի զորու չէ ռեալ գնահատական տալ ներկա իրավիճակին։ Եթե իրոք հանրապետական իշխանությունները ունեն նման մտայնություն, ապա պետք է շեշտել, որ իրականում հենց իրենք հանրապետականներն են ապրում իրենց ստեղծած երևակայական աշխարհում, որտեղ ներկայնում են որպես ամենահեղինակավոր ուժ, որտեղ իրենք երկրի միակ հնարավոր տեր ու տիրականն են։

Այստեղ պետք է շեշտել նաև, որ խնդիրը բոլորվին էլ վարչապետի անձը կամ դիրքը չէ, այլ այն մոտեցումը, որով մոտենում է Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը հայաստանյան հասարակությանը՝ պատվիրելով նման թվերով փսևդոսոցհարցումներ։

Սա, մեղմ ասած, տհաճ մթնոլորտ է ստեղծում ընդհանուր իրավիճակում և թերևս ավելի ընդգծում երկրում փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությունը, քանի որ հանրապետականը այլևս վերածվում է ինքնաբավ քաղաքական ուժի և կտրվում է հայաստանյան առկա իրականությունից՝ բնականաբար կորցնելով նաև սթափ գնահատելու կարողությունը։
