Հայաստանը հատուկ գործողություն է փորձարկել Նախիջեւանի ուղղությամբ

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը օգոստոսի 7-ին հետևել է դեսանտագրոհային ստորաբաժանումների վարժանքներին: Հանրապետության հարավարևմտյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամիավորումներից մեկում անցկացվել է մարտավարական զորավարժություն դեսանտագրոհային ուժերի, ռազմական ավիացիայի, հրետանային, հրաձգային և մոտոհրաձգային ստորաբաժանումների ներգրավմամբ:

ՊՆ հաղորդագրությունը առնչվում է Հայաստան-Նախիջեւան սահմանին, դա է հարավարեւմտյան ուղղությունը: Փաստացի, Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը նախիջեւանյան ուղղությամբ փորձարկել են հատուկ ստորաբաժանումների՝ դեսանտագրոհային ուժերի հատուկ գործողության մոդեկլավորում, ռազմական ավիացիայի եւ հրետանային ուժերի ներգրավումով:

Ընդ որում հանգամանքը, որ վարժանքը դիտարկվել է ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի մակարդակով, տալիս է դրան ռազմա-քաղաքական հավելյալ ծանրակշռություն:

Դա տեղի է ունենում Նախիջեւանում թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժության ֆոնին, որ սկսել է հուլիսի 29-ին եւ ավարտվելու է օգոստոսի 10-ին: Ընդ որում, ավարտի օրը խորհրդանշական է՝ Սեւրի դաշնագրի ստորագրման 100-ամյակ, որը հայկական պատմա-քաղաքական իրավունքների դաշնագիր է, ցավոք մի շարք ռազմա-քաղաքական հանգամանքների բերումով թղթի վրա մնացած: Մտածե՞լ են Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը զորավարժության ժամկետը կազմելիս այդ օրվա մասին: Դժվար է ասել, բայց որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը հայկական իրավունքների մասին մտածում է լրջորեն, վկայում է շաբաթներ առաջ ստացված տեղեկությունը, որ նա ստեղծել է հայկական հարցի միջազգային շրջանառության հակազդման հատուկ կառույց:

Ռազմա-քաղաքական այդ իրողությունների ֆոնին, Նախիջեւանում թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժությանը զուգահեռ հայկական զինուժի հատուկ գործողության վարժանքը իր հերթին ստանում է խորհրդանշական բնույթ: Գործնականում, թուրք-ադրբեջանական վարժանքի եւ դրա շուրջ հայաստանյան հանրության շրջանում տագնապալի սպասումներ ձեւավորելու որոշակի փորձի ֆոնին հայկական զինուժի բարձրագույն հրամանատարությունը ազդակ է հղում, որ Երեւանը «վախվորած չի սպասում», այլ ինքն է պատրաստ հարկի եղած դեպքում իրացնել անվտանգային հարցերի լուծման եւ ռազմավարական պաշտպանության նախաձեռնողական լուծում: Այն, ինչ գործնականում եղավ Տավուշում, երբ ադրբեջանական սադրանքին հաջորդեց հայկական զինուժի ասիմետրիկ պատժիչ գործողությունը, որը խոշոր հաշվով շրջեց սադրանքի ռազմա-քաղաքական պլանը, հունից հանելով ոչ միայն Բաքվին, այլեւ Անկարային:

Խոշոր հաշվով, Հայաստանը չունի նախաձեռնողական անվտանգային քաղաքականության այլընտրանք: «Համեստությունը» ոչ միայն թանկ չի գնահատվելու, այլեւ թերեւս Հայաստանից է պահանջելու թանկ գին: Հայաստանի ռազմա-քաղաքական ղեկավարության մակարդակում դա նկատելիորեն գիտակցված հանգամանք է: Գնահատվելու է հայկական իրավունքի հանդեպ պատասխանատվությունն ու քաղաքական կամքի առկայությունը, հաշվի առնելով եւ այն, որ այդ իրավունքը ստանում է ավելի ու ավելի մեծ միջազգային լեգիտիմություն, որպես ռեգիոնալ կայունության առանցք:
