«Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելուն օժանդակողի մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է «Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 37-ամյա տղամարդը, 36-ամյա ընկերոջ և իր մորաքրոջ որդու՝ 24-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, օրավարձով վերցված «Օպել Աստրա G» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով ուղևորվել են Մեծարենց փողոց, որտեղ 37-ամյա տղամարդը և ընկերը սպասել են ավտոմեքենայի մեջ, իսկ 24-ամյա երիտասարդը, տրանսպորտային միջոց գտնելու նպատակով, հեռացել է, նստել տաքսի ավտոմեքենա և ճանապարհը մատնացույց անելով՝ ուղևորվել Երևան քաղաքի Մեծարենց փողոց, որտեղ նրան են միացել վերոնշյալ երկու տղամարդիկ: Այնուհետև 24-ամյա երիտասարդը տաքսի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդին ցուցում է տվել վարել դեպի Երևան քաղաքի Սեբաստիա փողոց, որտեղ 36 և 37-ամյա տղամարդիկ իջել են ավտոմեքենայից, իսկ ինքը սպասել է ավտոմեքենայի մեջ:

37-ամյա տղամարդը և ընկերը մուտք են գործել «Հայփոստ» ՓԲ ընկերության բաժանմունք, որտեղ 36-ամյա տղամարդը, իր հետ նախապես վերցրած ատրճանակին նմանվող առարկան որպես զենք օգտագործելով, կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով, իսկ 37-ամյա տղամարդը, օգտագործելով իր հետ նախապես վերցրած դանակը, աշխատակիցներից  պահանջել են գումար, վերցրել այն, նստել շենքի ետնամասում կայանված տաքսի ավտոմեքենան և ցուցում տվել վարորդին վարել դեպի Մեծարենց փողոց։

Նշված փողոցում իջնելով տաքսի ավտոմեքենայից՝ վերջիններս նստել են վերոնշյալ «Օպել Աստրա G» ավտոմեքենան, որը վարել է 24-ամյա երիտասարդը, և երեքով դիմել են փախուստի:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 24-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-175-րդ հոդվածի (ավազակության կազմակերպելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 37-ամյա և 36-ամյա տղամարդկանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի (ավազակություն) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: Նրանց մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
