Քաղաքացին, ով ներկայանում է Զնդան անունով, զանգահարել է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Առաքել Մովսիսյանին, ով հանրությանն առավել հայտնի է Շմայս անունով, և շնորհավորել նրան որդու' Դավիթի ազատ արձակման կապակցությամբ: Տեսանյութի հեղինակը նշում է, որ «Խարկովի օբյեկտում երգում են Դավոյի համար», ապա կադրեր է ցուցադրում խնջույքից:   Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020թ. հունվարի 30-ին՝ ժամը 13:15-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ բանակային ուսումնական կենտրոնում, N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վահրամ Մկրտիչի Ավագյանն իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿՄ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել իր կրծքավանդակի շրջանում եւ ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել զինվորական հոսպիտալ, որտեղ ժամը 14:00-ին արձանագրվել է վերջինիս կենսաբանական մահը: Դեպքի առթիվ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:   Զինվորի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջապակներում ձերբակալվել էին Մկրտչյանի համածառայակիցներ Դավիթ Առաքելի Մովսիսյանը, Խաչիկ Արմենի Գասպարյանը, Սպարտակ Արթուրի Ավետիսյանը: Դավիթ Մովսիսյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը։ Հուլիսի 27-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ' նա ազատ արձակվեց:
