Որոշում է կայացվել արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը ևս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգել. սա երևի թե կլինի արտակարգ դրության վերջին երկարաձգումը. Տիգրան Ավինյան (տեսանյութ)

Չնայած որ որոշում է կայացվել արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը ևս մեկ ամսով երկարաձգել, բայց նաև էական փոփոխություններ են լինելու արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմում սահմանված որոշակի արգելքների հետ կապված: Այս մասին պարետատան նիստից հետո կայացած ճեպազրույցին հայտարարեց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը:

Նա նշեց, թե վերանայվելու են օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների մուտքի հնարավորությունների, ապրանքների արտահանման որոշակի սահմանափակումների, հանրահավաքներ անցկացնելու, հանրային միջոցառումների հարցերը: «Այս բոլոր հարցերի փաթեթն, իհարկե, կախված է համաճարակային վիճակից և բարելավվող տենդենցի պահպանումից, որը միանշանակ կախված է մեր վարքագծից»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ Ավինյանի՝ սահմանված կանոնների պահպանումը թույլ կտա վերանայել այն բոլոր սահմանափակումները, որոնք առկա են արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմով սահմանված Կառավարության որոշման նախագծում:

«Այդ նախագծով նաև օգոստոսի 12-ին  հնարավորություն կունենանք էականորեն բարելավել որոշ ուղղություններով մեր սահմանափակումները: Սա երևի թե կլինի արտակարգ դրության վերջին  երկարաձգումը, որից հետո մենք ԱԺ-ում կքննարկենք արտակարգ իրավիճակներով պայմանավորված օրենքներում փոփոխությունների իրականացման հարցը, և եթե շարունակաբար պահպանենք կանոնները, և համաճարակային իրավիճակը շարունակի այս դրական տենդենցը, մենք գնալով ավելի ու ավելի կվերադառնանք մեր բնականոն կյանքին»,-հայտարարեց նա:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ պարետատունը կենտրոնացած է եղել տարբեր ոլորտներում կառավարման ծրագրեր մշակելով և հաշվի առնելով, որ ուսումնական տարին մոտենում է, առաջնային ուշադրությւոն է դարձվել հանրակրթության և բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտների վրա: «Արդեն իսկ ունենք մշակված մոդելներ՝ համաճարակային իրավիճակից կախված, թե ինչ մոդելով ենք վերաբացում հանրակրթական օջախներն ու բուհերը»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, թե այսօր տեղի է ունեցել առաջին քննարկումը:

«Մինչև օգոստոսի 10-ը մենք արդեն վերջնական ծրագիր կներկայացնենք: Նմանատիպ ծրագրային մոդելներ մշակվել են նաև այլ ոլորտների համար»,-ասաց Ավինյանը:
