10 զարմանահրաշ մրգեր, որոնց գոյությանը դժվար է հավատալ

Արդի ժամանակներում մարդը մթերք ընտրելու մեծ հնարավորություն ունի. յուրաքանչյուր առևտրի կենտրոն մտնելիս հանդիպում ենք մրգերի հսկայական բազմազանության: Սակայն իրականում աշխարհում կան այնպիսի մրգեր, որոնք ո՛չ երբևէ տեսել եք, ո՛չ էլ դրանց մասին լսել:

Oragir.live-ը ձեզ է ներկայացնում 10 էկզոտիկ և բացառիկ անուններով մրգեր, ոորնք գոնե մեկ անգամ պետք է փորձի ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը

1․ Ակի

Ակին (խնձոր ակի) պատկանում է օճառենիների դասին, իսկ դրա պտուղը ոչ պաշտոնական կերպով անվանում են «բանջարեղենային ուղեղ»: Ուտում են այդ մրգի միայն թաղանթը, որը դեղնավուն է և հյութալի, իսկ տեսքով ուղեղ է հիշեցնում:

2․ Ֆիզալիս

Ֆիզալիսը պատկանում է մոմազգիների դասին: Դրա պտուղն իր տեսքով, թթվաշ, փափուկ և թարմացնող համով լոլիկ է հիշեցնում: Տարբեր կերակուրների մեջ լոլիկը հենց ֆիզալիսով էլ փոխարինում են: Այլ կերպ այն անվանում են ինկերի հատապտուղ կամ ոսկե բալ:

3․ Լանգսատ

Լանգսատի պտուղը լինում է օվալաձև կամ կլոր, արտաքինից կարտոֆիլ է հիշեցնում և աճում է փշերով: Փոքրիկ, կիսաթափանցիկ միջուկը շատ քաղցր համ ունի, երբ միրգը բավականաչափ հասած է լինում: Դրանից հաճախ օշարակներ են պատրաստում:

4․ Չերիմոյա

Այս միրգն այլ կերպ անվանում են «կրեմային խնձոր»: Չերիմոյայի սիրահարներն ասում են, որ այս մրգի համը կարծես բանանի, արքայախնձորի, դեղձի, պապայայի և ելակի համերի տարօրինակ խառնուրդ լինի: Պտուղը փափուկ է, այդ պատճառով էլ այն ուտում են սառեցված վիճակում գդալով, ինչպես պաղպաղակը:

5. Ագուահե

Արմավենու պտուղ է, որը պատված է կարմրավուն կեղևով: Վերջինս հարկավոր է մաքրել, որպեսզի հասնեք ուտելի, դեղնավուն միջուկին: Ագուահեն օգտագործվում է ջեմերի, հյութերի, պաղպաղակի և գինու արտադրության մեջ: Օգտագործվում է այրվածքների բուժման ժամանակ:

6․ Պեպինո

Պեպինոն կամ քաղցր վարունգը աճում է Հարավային Ամերիկայում: Դրա հոտը նման է սեխի և վարունգի հոտերի համադրությանը, իսկ համը՝ տանձի և սեխի: Միրգը նուրբ և բուրավետ է, այդ պատճառով դրանից հաճախ պատրաստում են մրգային աղանդերներ և աղցաններ:

7․ Դրակոնի միրգ

Դրակոնի միրգն աճում է ամբողջ Ասիայում, Հյուսիսային և Հարավային Ամերիկաներում: Այն ուժեղացնում է իմունային համակարգը և օգնում է մարսողությանը: Նաև կաևոր է, որ այն իջեցնում է գյուկոզայի աստիճանը արյան մեջ, ինչը կարող է օգնել շաքարով հիվանդ մարդկանց:

8. Տամարիլլո

Տամարիլլոն վիտամին C-ի աղբյուր է և կարող է օգտագործվել աղցանների մեջ: Պտուղներն ունեն օվալաձև տեսք և 4-10 սանտիմետր երկարություն: Այն կարող է լինել դեղին, կարմիր կամ նույնիսկ մանուշակագույն: Որոշ պտուղներ իրենց վրա գծեր ունեն: Կարմիր տամարիլլոներն ավելի թթվաշ են, իսկ դեղինները՝ քաղցրահամ: Այս միրգը հարուստ է վիտամիններով և միևնույն ժամանակ քիչ կալորիական է:

9. Լուկումա 

Լուկուման ամրացնում է իմունային համակարգը և լցնում է օրգանիզմը վիտամիններով, հանքային նյութերով և անտիօքսիդանտներով: Ոմանք օգտագործում են Լուկուման թխվածքներում, պաղպաղակներում:

10․ Ռամբուտան

Այս տարօրինակ տեսքով միրգը դրսից նման է փափուկ ելակի, իսկ ներսից նման է լիչիի: Ռամբուտանն աճում է Ֆիլլիպիններում և պարունակում է բազմաթիվ սննդարար նյութեր:
