ԱՄԷ-ում գործարկել են արաբական աշխարհում առաջին ատոմակայանը

ԱՄԷ-ի վարչապետ եւ Դուբայի տիրակալ Մուհամմեդ բեն Ռաշիդ Ալ Մաքթումը այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին, հայտարարել է արաբական աշխարհում առաջին ատոմակայան «Բարաքա»-ի գործարկման մասին, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն: 

«Այսօր հրապարակայնորեն հայտարարում ենք Աբու Դաբիում Barakah կայանում արաբական աշխարհում առաջին խաղաղ ատոմային ռեակտորի գործարկման ԱՄԷ-ի հաջողության մասին: Մասնագետներին հաջողվել է բեռնել միջուկային վառելիքը, անցկացնել համալիր փորձարկումներ եւ հաջողությամբ ավարտել գործարկման գործողությունը»,- Twitter-ում նշել է երկրի վարչապետը:

Նա նշել է, որ ԱՄԷ-ն պատրաստվում է «շահագործել 4 ատոմային էլեկտրակայաններ, որոնք պետության էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջմունքի քառորդ մասն ապահովելու են անվտանգ, հուսալի եւ էկոլոգիապես մաքուր եղանակով», ատոմային էլեկտրակայանները եւ ԱՄԷ-ի կողմից տիեզերքի հետազոտություններն անվանելով «աշխարհին հաղորդագրություն, որ արաբները կարող են վերականգնել գիտությանը տանող իրենց ճանապարհը եւ մրցակցել մյուս մեծ ազգերի հետ»:

Բարաքայում ԱԷԿ-ն բաղկացած է լինելու ընդհանուր 5,6 մեգավատտ հզորությամբ 4 էներգաբլոկներից:

Ավելի վաղ ԱՄԷ-ի ատոմային գործունեության կարգավորման FANR  դաշնային գործակալության տնօրեն Խրիստեր Վիկտորսոնը «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին հայտնել էր, որ արաբական աշխարհում առաջին Barakah ատոմային կայանը կարող է գործարկվել 2020 թվականի սկզբին՝ գործակալության կողմից դրա շահագործման լիցենզիան թողարկելուց եւ միջուկային վառելիքի բեռնումից հետո:
