Դիմեք և ստացեք 68 հազար դրամ օժանդակություն կառավարությունից․ դիմելու կարգը

Կորոնավիրուսի տարածման հետևանքով աշխատանքի շուկայում գոյացած դժվարությունների արդյունքում սոցիալական խնդիրների առջև կանգնած Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներին օժանդակելու նպատակով՝ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ընդունվել է Կորոնավիրուսի տնտեսական հետևանքների չեզոքացման ուղղված քսաներկուերորդ միջոցառումը։ Այս մասին նշվում է սոցիալական ապահովության կայքում։

Դիմեք և ստացեք 68 հազար դրամ օժանդակություն կառավարությունից․ դիմելու կարգը

1. Միջոցառման շահառու են հանդիսանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի հանդիսացող այն ֆիզիկական անձինք, ովքեր առնվազն 85 օրացուցային օր աշխատանքային պայմանագրի կամ աշխատանքի ընդունման մասին անհատական իրավական ակտի հիման վրա աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների մեջ են գտնվել գործատուի հետ 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև մարտի 30-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, սակայն ազատվել են աշխատանքից 2020 թվականի մարտի 31-ից մինչև հունիսի 1-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում և այդ նույն ժամանակահատվածում չեն անցել մեկ այլ աշխատանքի:

2. Միջոցառման շահառու չի կարող հանդիսանալ այն անձը, 1) ով աշխատանքային պայմանագրի կամ աշխատանքի ընդունման մասին անհատական իրավական ակտի հիման վրա աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների մեջ է գտնվել հետևյալ գործատուների մոտ՝ ‣ բանկերի, ‣ վարկային կազմակերպությունների, ‣ գրավատների, ‣ ապահովագրական ընկերությունների, ‣ արտարժույթի փոխանակման կետերի, ‣ ներդրումային կազմակերպությունների, ‣ ներդրումային ֆոնդերի, ‣ վիճակախաղերի և շահումով խաղերի կազմակերպիչների, ‣ ներդրումային ֆոնդերի կառավարիչների, ‣ վճարահաշվարկային կազմակերպությունների, ‣ ապահովագրական բրոքերների, ‣ վարկային և ապահովագրական բյուրոների, ‣ պետական մասնակցությամբ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունների, ‣ պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների, ‣ համայնքային ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների, ‣ պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկների, ‣ համայնքային կառավարչական հիմնարկների, ‣ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ‣ հիմնադրամների, ‣ հասարակական միավորումների, ‣ ոչ առևտրային կոոպերատիվների, ‣ կուսակցությունների 2) ում 2020 թվականի հունվար, փետրվար և մարտ ամիսների միջին ամսական աշխատավարձի չափը գերազանցել է 500 000 դրամը. 3) ով 2020 թվականի հունիսի 1-ի (ներառյալ) դրությամբ աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների մեջ է գտնվել նաև այլ գործատուի հետ կամ նույն գործատուի հետ՝ այլ աշխատանքային պայմանագրի հիման վրա. 4) ով 2020 թվականի հունիսի 1-ի (ներառյալ) դրությամբ հանդիսացել է անհատ ձեռնարկատեր (բացառությամբ այն անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի, որոնք հաշվառվել են 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո), ում գործունեությունը նույն ամսաթվի դրությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարկային օրենսգրքով նախատեսված կարգով դադարեցված չի եղել. 5) ով հանդիսացել է (հանդիսանում է) Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի հունիսի 18-ի N 983-Լ որոշմամբ սահմանված՝ քսաներորդ միջոցառման շահառու։

3. Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է միանվագ՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափով, կազմում է 68 000 ՀՀ դրամ։

4. Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է Շահառուի կողմից online.ssa.am կայքէջում սահմանված կարգով էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ներկայացված դիմումի հիման վրա։

5. Եթե լրացված դիմումի տվյալների համադրության արդյունքում շահառուն ընդգրկվում է վճարման ցուցակ, ապա վճարման ցուցակը բանկին փոխանցելու օրվան հաջորդող օրը Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայությունն այդ մասին հետադարձ կապի բջջային հեռախոսահամարին էլեկտրոնային հաղորդագրություն ուղարկելու միջոցով տեղեկացնում է շահառուին։
