Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Արցախի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ

Հուլիսի 31-ին տեղի ունեցավ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հանդիպումը Արցախի ԱԳ նախարար Մասիս Մայիլյանի հետ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էր նաև Հայաստանում Արցախի նորանշանակ ներկայացուցիչ Սերգեյ Ղազարյանը: Այս մասին Analitik.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը շնորհավորեց Սերգեյ Ղազարյանին Հայաստանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնում նշանակման կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով նրան արգասաբեր և արդյունավետ աշխատանքային գործունեություն:

Զրուցակիցները հանգամանալից մտքեր փոխանակեցին հուլիսի 12-ից ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ գործողությունների հետևանքով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի որոշակի հատվածներում ստեղծված լարվածության և դրա թուլացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված քայլերի շուրջ:

Հայաստանի և Արցախի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն ընդգծեցին Հայաստանի և Արցախի ընդհանուր անվտանգության համակարգի առավել ամրապնդման կարևորությունը և այս ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերը: Այս առնչությամբ կողմերն ընդգծեցին տարածաշրջանում ապակայունացնող քաղաքականություն ներմուծելու անընդունելիությունը և դրա վճռական մերժումը:

Նախարար Մնացականյանը շեշտեց, որ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը պետք է դառնա բանակցությունների լիարժեք կողմ խաղաղ գործընթացի բոլոր՝ բովանդակային, ռիսկերի նվազեցման, հումանիտար և այլ հարցերի շուրջ քննարկումներում:

Խաղաղ գործընթացի վերականգնման և առաջմղման համատեքստում ԱԳ նախարարներն առաջնային համարեցին խաղաղությանը նպաստող միջավայրի ձևավորումը, այդ թվում՝  հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման և անվերապահ պահպանման, Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի կիրառումից հրապարակային հրաժարման և հակահայկական հռետորաբանության դադարեցման, ինչպես նաև թե՛ պետական սահմանին, թե՛ շփման գծում միջազգային մշտադիտարկման մեխանիզմների ներդրման միջոցով:
