Ընթանում է Դատավորների հերթական ընդհանուր ժողովը. Օրակարգում է ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածուի ընտրությունը (ուղիղ)

Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում ընթանում է ՀՀ դատավորների հերթական ընդհանուր ժողովը, որը պետք է կայանար դեռևս մարտի 13-ին, սակայն համավարակով պայմանավորված հետաձգվել էր։

Նշենք, որ Ընդհանուր ժողովի օրակարգը բավականին հագեցած է. դատավորները պետք է կատարեն Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածուի, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի դատավոր անդամի, ինչպես նաև դատավորների գործունեության գնահատման և Ուսումնական հարցերի հանձնաժողովների դատավոր չհանդիսացող անդամների թեկնածուների ընտրություն։

ՍԴ դատավորի թափուր տեղի համար իրենց թեկնածությունն են առաջադրել Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Երվանդ Խունդկարյանը և  Տավուշի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Արման Կուրեխյանը։

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի դատավոր անդամ ընտրվելու համար  առաջադրվել են Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական և վարչական պալատի դատավորներ Ստեփան Միքայելյանը, Գոռ Հակոբյանը և Սուրեն Անտոնյանը։

Դատավորների գործունեության գնահատման հանձնաժողովի անդամի համար Վճռաբեկ դատարանի կողմից առաջադրվել է Աշխեն Ղարսլյանի թեկնածությունը,  «Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ–ի կողմից՝ Արսեն Թավադյանինը, իսկ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» խորհրդատվական ՀԿ–ի կողմից՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանինը։ Չորս թեկնածու էլ ներկայացված է ուսումնական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի դատավոր չհանդիսացող անդամների թեկնածուների թվում. մասնավորապես Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի թեկնածուն Գաբրիել Պետրոսյանն է,  «Իրավունքների պաշտպանություն առանց սահմանների» ՀԿ–ի թեկնածուն՝ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանը,  «Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիա» ՀԿ–ինը՝ Արտաշես Խալաթյանը, իսկ թեկնածուներից Աշխեն Ղարսլյանն էլ ինքնառաջադրվել է։

Նշենք, որ դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովի ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուր հանձնաժողով իր կազմից հանձնաժողովի անդամների ձայների մեծամասնությամբ ընտրում է հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, որը ղեկավարում է հանձնաժողովի ընթացիկ գործունեությունը:

Դատավորների հերթական ընդհանուր ժողովը հրավիրվում է տարին մեկ անգամ` Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի կողմից:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքի  համաձայն՝ դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովը կազմված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր դատավորներից, որոնք ի պաշտոնե Դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովի անդամներ են: Դատավորների ընդհանուր ժողովն իրավազոր է, եթե ժողովին ներկա է դատավորների կեսից ավելին: Ներկայումս Հայաստանում կա գործող 236 դատավոր և 119 դատավորի մասնակցությունը բավարար է քվորում ապահովելու համար։
