Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացնում է Շրջակա միջավայրի նոր նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր՝ հուլիսի 31-ի առավոտյան այցելել է Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարություն, որտեղ նախարարության աշխատակազմին է ներկայացրել նորանշանակ նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին։

Նա նախ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Էրիկ Գրիգորյանին Բնապահպանության նախարարի, ապա ՇՇրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պաշտոնում իր գործունեության համար. «Պարոն Գրիգորյանը ոլորտի լավագույն մասնագետներից է, եւ ես կարծում եմ, որ նա իր գործունեությամբ կնպաստի իր նպաստը բերել շրջակա միջավայրի զարգացման մեր ջանքերին: Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նաեւ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Վահե Ջիլավյանին: Ուզում եմ շնորհավորել Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին այս պատասխանատու պաշտոնում նշանակվելու համար:

Նա Կոտայքի մարզպետի պաշտոնում բավականին արդյունավետ գործունեությունը է ծավալել: Ուզում եմ համոզմունք հայտնել, որ ավելի արդյունավետ կլինի նրա գործունեությունը նախարարի կարգավիճակում:

Ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլեւ ամբողջ աշխարհում բնության նկատմամբ կան հաճախ ծայրահեղ մոտեցումներ. Մի դեպքում՝ հանդիպում ենք բնության պաշտամունքի երեւույթների, մյուս դեպքում՝ բնության կատարյալ արհամարհանքի երեւույթի: Մեր խնդիրն է գտնել այն բալանսավորված, ճիշտ մոտեցումը, որը կփորձի լուծում գտնել քաղաքակրթության եւ բնության միջեւ առկա հակասությանը:

Պետք է ցավով արձանագրել, որ քաղաքակրթությունն ինքը հակաբնապահպանական երեւույթ է: Մենք պետք է գտնենք այս երկուսի համակեցության ճիշտ ձեւը:

Հայաստանի կառավարության ծրագրի հիմքում դրված է կանաչ Հայաստանի հայեցակարգը: Այսինքն մենք Հայաստանը պատկերացնում ենք բնապահպանական ժամանակակից ամենաբարձր չափանիշներին համապատասխանող երկիր, եւ այս ոլորտում մենք մեծագույն մարտահրավերներ ունենք: Եվ մեր կենցաղը, եւ մեր հանքարդյունաբերությունը պետք է կարողանանք այն չափանիշներին, որի մասին խոսում եմ:

Ասել, որ մենք պետք է ընդհանրապես հրաժարվենք բնական պաշարների օգտագործումից, դա խելամիտ չի, հնարավոր չի: Մյուս կողմից չենք կարող բնական աղետների ճանապարհով գնալ»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
