Ինչո՞ւ են վերանում կորոնավիրուսի նկատմամբ հակամարմինները

Արդեն մի քանի հետազոտություն ցույց է տվել, որ կորոնավիրուսի նկատմամբ հակամարմինները անհետանում են մի քանի ամսից: Արդյո՞ք դա նշանակում է, որ կորոնավիրուսի նկատմամբ իմունիտետը անհնար է: Ինչո՞ւ են վերանում հակամարմինները: Եվ ի՞նչ անել, եթե արդեն վարակվել եւ լավացել եք:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Medportal-ը, հրապարակվել են մասշտաբային հետազոտության արդյունքները, որոնց շրջանակում Իսպանիայի ավելի քան 61 000 բնակիչ հակամարմինների թեստավորում է անցել: Պարզվել է, որ մասնակիցների 14 տոկոսի մոտ դրանք վերացել են 2 ամիս անց: Հիմնական դրանք մարդիկ են եղել, որոնք արդեն վարակվել եւ լավացել են:

Հակամարմինը սպիտակուց է, որը սինթեզվում է B-լիմֆոցիտի կողմից եւ հայտնվում արյան մեջ, այն ենթարկվում է պրոտեոլիտիկ ֆերմենտների ազդեցությանը, որոնք այն մասնատում են: Առանձին վերցրած իմունոգլոբուլինի կյանքի տեւողությունը տեւում է 7-21 օր:  Այդ պատճառով տարօրինակ չէ, որ հակամարմինների կոնցենտրացիան սկսում է նվազել 1 ամսից: Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ գլխավոր հարցն այն է, թե արդյոք նոր կորոնավիրուսով իմունացման ժամանակ B-բջիջների իմունոլոգիական հիշողություն է ստեղծվում, որոնք ունակ են նոր հակամարմիններ ստեղծել՝ անհետացածների փոխարեն:

New York Times-ի փորձագետների խոսքով՝ խնդիրը կարող է լինել նաեւ հակամարմինների թեստերի ցածր որակը: Ավելին, որոշ թեստեր նախատեսված են հակամարմինների հայտնաբերման համար, որոնք իմունային պատասխան չեն առաջացնում: Բացի այդ, մինչ օրս հայտնի չէ, թե հակամարմինների որ մակարդակն է անհրաժեշտ կայուն իմունիտետի ձեւավորման համար:

Հետաքրքիր է, որ որոշ մարդկանց մոտ ընդհանրապես կորոնավիրուսի նկատմամբ հակամարմիններ չեն առաջանում: Սակայն նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում իմունային պատասխան է ձեւավորվում  այսպես կոչված T-բջիջների օգնությամբ:

Հետազոտողները մտադիր են շարունակել կորոնավիրուսի նկատմամբ հակամարմինների տեւողության եւ կայունության ուսումնասիրությունը: Փորձագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս այնպես պահել, կարծես դուք իմունիտետ չունեք. կրել դիմակ, պահպանել սոցիալան հեռավարությունը, զգոն լինել ցանկացած դեպքում:
