Դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը մերժեց ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին այցելել ծնողների շիրիմին․ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերից գեներալը չի եղել ծննդավայրում՝ Վրաստանի Թեթրի Ծղարոյում, որտեղ գեներալի ծնողների ու եղբոր շիրիմներն են:

Ընդամենը երկու օրում Ջավախք գնալ-վերադառնալը, փաստորեն, սարսափելի վախ է ներշնչել իշխանություններին, և բնական է, որ վախերը կապված չեն ՀՀ սահմանն անցնելու՝ Յուրի Խաչատուրովի պլանների հետ: Ի վերջո վարչապետն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ ի սկզբանե ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնն զբաղեցնող անձը դատքաննությունից խուսափելու դեպքում իր ոտքով չէր վերադառնա Հայաստան, մանավանդ որ մեծ հաշվով կանխատեսելի էր սահմանադրական կարգի ենթադրյալ տապալման գործով իշխանության կազմած դատավարական ողջ սցենարը:

Իրականում այս մերժումով դատական իշխանությունը ցույց տվեց հենց երկրի վերադասի վերաբերմունքը՝ առ հայրենիքին բարձր ծառայություն մատուցած գեներալի մեծ ընտանիք․ սա ուղիղ վերաբերմունք էր օրերս Իջևանում ծավալված ու դեռ շարունակվող մարտական գործողություններին խիզախորեն հաղթանակ տարած գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի ծառայությանը, որին, ի դեպ, հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է մեկ տարի առաջ արժանիորեն շնորհել գեներալ-մայորի բարձր կոչում:

Ստացվում է՝ օրեր առաջ բնական ոգևորությամբ «ուռա» ենք գոռում Յուրի Խաչատուրովի որդու կերտած փառավոր հաղթանակի համար, բայց երկու օր անց նեղմիտ, փոքր մարդուն բնորոշ հոգեբնությամբ տրորում ենք նույն այդ ծառայողի ընտանիքի ամենազգայուն ապումների թելը, ինչ է, թե այդ խղճուկ մերժումով ցույց տանք, թե ով որ տեղում է գտնվում հիմա, ու ում ձեռքում է կենտրոնացած որոշումներ ընդունելու բոլոր իրավունքները:

Կրկնում ենք՝ գեներալը ընդամենը ցանկանում էր այցելել ծնողների և եղբոր շիրիմին։ Մերժումը խոցելի է՝ թե՛ իրավական, թե՛ բարոյական տեսանկյուններից։
