Նիկոլ, բա Նիկոլի վախտ խի՞ չէիր տենց խոսում. Արմեն Աշոտյան

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Ժամանակ գտա և դիտեցի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամբողջական հարցազրույցը ռուսական РБК հեռուստաընկերությանը, և ուզում եմ կիսվել ձեզ հետ մի շարք դիտարկումներով:

1. Խոսելով Տավուշյան վերջին մարտերի մասին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին չզսպեց իր գայթակղությունը հայկական զինուժի գրագետ որ ճշգրիտ գործողությունները կապել Հայաստանի վերջին 2 տարիների “բարեփոխումների” հետ: Այդ թեզը շատ էր քննադատվել այս օրերին, և Նիկոլը կառավարության նիստի իր ելույթում ավելի կոռեկտ էր ձևակերպում այս հարցով իր ասելիքը, քան հարցազրույցում: Զարմանալի չէ: Նա հաճախակի և կտրուկ է փոխում իր տեսակետները տարբեր հարցերով: Տպավորություն ստացա, որ այս անգամ արտասահմանյան լրագրողների մոտ նա չկարողացավ զսպել իր սնամեջ լոպազությունը:


2. Հավաքական “սորոսի” մասին պատասխանելիս Փաշինյանը մատի վրա ֆռացրեց ռուս լրագրողին: Այո, այդ կազմնակերպությունների զգալի մասը Հայաստանում գրանցվել է նախորդ իշախանությունների ժամանակ (նա մեզ երեսով է տալիս մեր լիբերալիզմը այդ հարցում): Սակայն… Երբեք այդ կառույցները և իրենց ներկայացուցիչները չեն ընդգրկվել պետական կառավարման ապարատի մեջ, այն էլ՝ բարձրագույն մակարդակով (ԱԽ քարտուղար, նախարարներ և այլն): Նրանք երբեք պետական քաղաքականության մշակման և իրագործման վրա որոշիչ ազդեցությւոն չեն ունեցել: Նրանք երբեք չեն եղել կառավարական “տանիքի” ներքո:

3. Սահմանին և շփման գծում միջազգային մոնիթորինգի համակարգ ներդնելու մասին խոսելով՝ Փաշինյանը կրկին փորձեց խաբել, իր վրայից գցելով մեղքը Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունները ջրելու և բանակցային սեղանից հեռացնելու հարցում: Զուր. Դուշանբեի "մեղրամիսը" ոչ ոք չի մոռացել:

4. Տավուշյան մարտերից հետո Նիկոլը, գուցե գիտակցելով Ռուսաստանի իրական դերը տարածաշրջանում, փորձեց պախկվել վաղուց հայտնի և իրականությանը համապատասխանող բանաձևի հետևում՝ պայմանավարելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հենց երկու ժողովուրդներով: Ասեմ, որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները դա լավ հասկանում եմ, դրա համար են նաև առաջին հայացքից պասիվ արձագանքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հակառուսականությանը, որպեսզի հնարավոր պատասխան գործողություններով չվնասեն հայ ժողովրդին և հայ-ռուսական իրական օրակարգին: Բայց հիշելով Փաշինյանի նախկին հայտարարությունները “ինքնիշխանության”, Փանիկ գյուղի դեպքերի և այլնի մասին, ուզում եմ հարցնել.
