Բողոքի սլաքներ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը քաղաքական ուժերը մեկնարկեցին գրեթե նույնկերպ՝ հրապարակելով իրենց նախընտրական տեսահոլովակները։ Հայաստանյան քաղաքական իրականության մեջ սա նորմալ պրակտիկա է, միևնույն ժամանակ նորմալ է, որ տարբեր հայտնի անհատներ ու գործիչներ, որպես կանոն, մասնակցում են հենց իշխանության կուսակցության քարոզարշավին կամ տեսահոլովակներում։ Սակայն անկախ սրանից, մի շարք հարթակներում հայաստանյան տարբեր մշակութային գործիչներ քննադատության արժանացան Հանրապետական կուսակցության քարոզարշավին մասնակցելու համար։

Այս քննադատությունները պետք է նշել, որ բավական երկիմաստ իրավիճակ են ստեղծում։ Մի կողմից յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու քաղաքական կողմնորոշումն ու նախասիրություններն իր անձնական գործն են, հիմնված են անհատական սկզբունքների ու պատկերացումների վրա և այս տեսանկյունից թեկուզ և իշխանության կուսակցությանը համակրելը քաղաքացու կամ որևէ ոլորտի մշակութային գործչի անքակտելի իրավունքն է։ Բնականաբար քննադատել քաղաքացուն միայն այն բանի համար, որ նա համակրում է Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը այնքան էլ տեղին ու նպատակահարմար չէ, քանի որ դրանով ոտնահարվում է մարդու և քաղաքացու քաղաքական հայացքների ազատության իրավունքը։

Մյուս կողմից՝ հասարակական տարբեր հարթակներում առկա այս քննադատությունը անուղղակիորեն ուղղված է ոչ թե այս կամ այն անհատի, այլ հենց Հանրապետական կուսակցության դեմ, որը վերջին 25 տարում փաստացի երկրում իշխանություն է։ Ըստ էության, տարբեր անհատների հասցեին ուղղված քննադատությունը վերաբերում է ոչ թե նրանց մասնագիտական կամ հասարակական գործունեությանը, այլ հենց Հանրապետական կուսակցության գործունեությանը՝ որպես իշխանություն։

Սակայն այստեղ կա մի շատ նուրբ սահման, որը հաճախ չի պահպանվում և արդյունքում Հանրապետականին ուղղված քննադատությունն ու բողոքը սկսում է տարածվել այս կուսակցությանը համակրող տարբեր անհատների և գործիչների վրա, որոնք համենայնդեպս իրենց մասնագիտական ասպարեզում լուրջ հաջողություններ ունեն և հանրային համակրանք են վայելում։ Այստեղ թերևս տեղին կլիներ նշել նմանատիպ օրինակներ, սակայն խուսափելով երևույթի անձնավորումից, նպատակահարմար չէ անդրադառնալ այդ օրինակներին, ուղղակի պետք է փաստել, որ այսօրինակ երևույթները տհաճ հանրային մթնոլորտ են ստեղծում։

Վերջապես մյուս կողմից պետք է նշել, որ հասարակական կամ մշակութային գործիչների մասնակցությունը իշխանության կուսակցության քարոզարշավին հաճախ պայմանավորված չի լինում անձնական սկզբունքներով կամ քաղաքական հայացքներով և հենց այս փաստն էլ ինքնին բերում է հանրային վրդովմունքի, ուստի նման իրավիճակներից խուսափելու համար, գուցե պարզապես նման գործիչները զերծ մնան քաղաքական որևէ գործընթացին որևէ մասնակցություն ունենալուց, ինչը բնականաբար կբացառի վերը նկարագրված զարգացումները:
