Կոմիտասի փակ շուկայում անվճար տեղ կտրամադրեն գյուղմթերք վաճառողներին․ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջան

Կոմիտասի փակ շուկայի տնօրինությունը պատրաստ է անվճար ընդունել գյուղատնտեսական շուկայի մասնակիցներին։ Այս մասին նշված է Երեւանի Արբակիր վարչական շրջանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։ «Կոմիտասի պողոտայի սկզբնամասում հանգստյան օրերին կազմակերպվող գյուղմթերքի շուկան տարիներ շարունակ հարուցել է հարակից շենքերի բնակիչների դժգոհությունը։ Դա պայմանավորված է եղել թե՛ հակասանիտարական վիճակով, թե՛ աղմուկով, թե՛ մարդկանց և տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեղաշարժի սահմանափակումներով։ Մեկ այլ խնդիր են շուկայի գործունեության հարուցած անհավասար մրցակցային պայմանները, որոնք հարուցել են նաև առևտրի կրպակների աշխատակիցների և տնտեսվարողների դժգոհությունը։ Քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողմից շուկայի գործունեության համար տրված թույլտվության ժամկետն ավարտվել է 2020 թվականին և նույն վայրում նույն ձևաչափով առևտուր իրականացնելու նոր թույլտվություն քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողմից չի տրամադրվել՝ հաշվի առնելով վերը նշված եւ մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունները», նշված է հաղորդագրությունում։ Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանն գյուղատնտեսական շուկայում իրենց ապրանքը վաճառող ֆերմերներին առաջարկում է տեղափոխվել Կոմիտասի ծածկած շուկա, որի սեփականատիրոջ հետ ձեռք է բերել պայմանավորվածություն, որի համաձայն հանգստյան օրերին ֆերմերները շուկայում ԱՆՎՃԱՐ տարածք կունենան: «Սա, կարծում ենք, օպտիմալ լուծում է, որը կօգնի վերացնել Արաբկիրի կարեւոր հրապարակներից մեկում հակասանիտարական միջավայրը, կարգավորել երթեւեկության կաթվածահար վիճակն ու հարակից շենքերի բնակիչներին կվերադարձնի իրենց անդորրը: Ի դեպ, տարիներ շարունակ տարածքում գործող շուկան կոլապս չէր առաջացնի, եթե ժամանակի ընթացքում այստեղ չկենտրոնանային նաև այլ վարչական շրջաններում նախկինում գործող նմանատիպ շուկաները, որոնց համար հրապարակի ֆիզիկական չափերը ուղղակի բավարար չեն», նշված է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։ Նշվել է նաև, որ քաղաքային իշխանությունները, գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների վաճառքը մայրաքաղաքում առավել կազմակերպված դարձնելու նպատակով գյուղմթերքի շուկայի կազմակերպման համար տրամադրել են տարածք ՝ «Հրազդան» ստադիոնի հարևանությամբ, որը հարելով մի քանի վարչական շրջանների՝ առևտրի համար կարող է լինել շատ ավելի շահեկան և հարմարավետ։ Ըստ Արաբկիրի թաղապետարանի ղեկավարության՝ նոր վայրում գյուղմթերքի առևտրի կազմակերպումը կազատի Արաբկիրի բնակիչներին բազմաթիվ անհարմարություններից, իսկ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմը կունենա Մհեր Մկրտչյանի անվան հրապարակը մեծ արտիստին արժանի մշակութային հրապարակ դարձնելու հնարավորություն։ Հիշեցնենք, որ անցած կիրակի օրվանից Կասյան-Կոմիտաս պողոտա հատվածում 10 տարի իրենց գյուղմթերքը վաճառողներին այս անգամ քաղաքային իշխանությունները թույ չեն տվել շարունակել առեւտուրը։ Գյուղատնտեսներն էլ հինգերորդ օրն է բողոքի ակցիաներ են իրականացնում՝ այդ հնարավորությունից զրկվելու համար։
