Հայաստանը վերացրել է պետական գնումներում ԵԱՏՄ երկրների բիզնեսի մասնակցությանը խանգարող խոչընդոտը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Կոլեգիայի որոշման կատարման շրջանակներում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերացրել է Հայաստանի Ֆինանսների նախարարության էլեկտրոնային հարթակում պետական գնումների մասին ռուսաց լեզվով տեղեկատվության բացակայության հետ կապված խոչընդոտը: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության բոլոր երկրները հաստատել են, որ խոչընդոտն իսկապես վերացվել է:

Ավելի վաղ Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունը դիմել է Հանձնաժողով նշված հարթակում ռուսաց լեզվով համապատասխան տեղեկատվության բացակայության կապակցությամբ:

Այդ հանգամանքը որոշակի դժվարություններ էր ստեղծում Միության այլ երկրների ձեռնարկատերերի համար: Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Ներքին շուկաների գործունեության վարչությունն ուսումնասիրել է հանգամանքները, որից հետո Կոլեգիան որոշում է կայացրել տեղեկացնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը խոչընդոտի առկայության մասին:

Ինչպես նշել է ներքին շուկաների, տեղեկատվայնացման, տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների հարցերով նախարար Գեղամ Վարդանյանը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը՝ օպերատիվ կերպով վերացրել է խոչընդոտը՝ ստեղծելով պետական գնումների նկատմամբ հավասար հասանելիություն ԵԱՏՄ երկրների բիզնեսի համար:

«2020 թվականի սկզբից Միության երկրները վերացրել են ներքին շուկայում առկա 9 խոչընդոտ, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ անդամ երկրները ձգտում են ապահովել ԵԱՏՄ ներքին շուկայի գործունեությունն առանց խոչընդոտների, սահմանափակումների և բացառումների՝ ելնելով չորս ազատությունների սկզբունքից՝ ապրանքների, կապիտալի, ծառայությունների ու աշխատուժի շարժ», - հայտնել է Գեղամ Վարդանյանը:
