Արամ Սարգսյան. «Սա ընտրություն չի, այլ՝ փողի, խոստումների կամ բարեկամ–սանիկների ձայները հավաքելու փորձ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Դեմոկրատական» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանը լինելով Կոմկուսի վերջին առաջին քարտուղարը, ավելի լավ է պատկերացնում, թե ինչ են առաջարկում կոմունիստները: Այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ երբևէ չեն էլ մտածել ՀԿԿ–ի հետ դաշինք կազմելու մասին: Եվ եթե կոմունիստների առաջարկած թեզերն իրենց համար ընդունելի լինեին, ապա իրենք նախկինում չէին էլ մտածի Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունից բաժանվելու մասին:

Խոսելով նախընտրական ծրագրերի մասին, քաղաքական գործչի կարծիքով, նախ պետք է հակաճգնաժամային ծրագիր առաջարկել, քանի որ նորմալ պետություն ձևավորելու համար առաջինը հարկավոր է համապատասխան պայմաններ ստեղծել, որպեսզի դրա հիման վրա էլ հնարավոր լինի գաղափարական ծրագրերն իրականացնել:

«Մենք ասում ենք, որ ոչ թե պետք է եղածն ամբողջովին քանդել ու նորից կառուցել, այլ՝ քայլ առ քայլ ձևավորել նորը»,– ասաց Ա. Սարգսյանը:

Ի դեպ, Դեմկուսը միակ կուսակցությունն է, որը վերջին երեք վարչապետներին էլ իր 20 կետից բաղկացած ծրագիրը ներկայացրել է: Այն բոլորի կողմից էլ դրական է գնահատվել: Ավելին, որոշ առաջարկներ փորձ է արվել արդեն իսկ կյանքի կոչել, բայց անվստահության նման մթնոլորտում անցկացվող այս խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որի ժամանակ մարդիկ նստած սպասում են, թե ով իրենց գումար կտա, խայտառակություն է: Ա. Սարգսյանի կարծիքով՝ նման պայմաններում ստացված քվեները անիրատեսական և արհեստական են լինելու:

«Սա ընտրություն չի, այլ արհեստական ձևով՝ փողի, խոստումների կամ բարեկամ–սանիկ հարաբերությունների ձայների հավաքելու փորձ: Ժողովուրդը փաստորեն ծրագրերի կամ քաղաքական ուժի անցած ուղու միջև ընտրություն չի կատարում: Եվ եթե իրականում ընտրությունը կատարվեր առաջարկվող ծրագրերի միջև և բոլոր կուսակցությունները հրաժարվեին այս արատավոր երևույթներից, ապա մեր ժողովուրդն ի ծնե լինելով սոցիալիստական ուղու վրա և սոցիալական արդարության սկզբունքի ջատագով, կկողմնորոշվեր դեպի ձախակենտրոն քաղաքական ուժերի կողմը: Ես դրանում ուղղակի համոզված եմ»,– ասաց Ա. Սարգսյանը:
