«Փաստ». Հարկային ու մաքսային բլոկներում կադրերի մասսայական թարմացում է սպասվում

«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է, հունիսի սկզբներին ՊԵԿ նախագահ նշանակվեց Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանը: Նա համակարգի համար նոր մարդ չէ, ինչպես ասում են՝ «մեջից է» եւ կարիերան սկսել է դեռ 2009 թվականից՝ մուտք գործելով համակարգ որպես ՊԵԿ տարածքային հարկային տեսչության առաջատար մասնագիտ, այնուհետեւ աշխատել է տարբեր պաշտոններում, մասնավորաբար անցել է համակարգում իրավական բլոկի բոլոր աստիճանները:

Համակարգի մեր աղբյուրները նշում են, որ նա ՊԵԿ նախագահ է նշանակվել ոչ միայն կարգ ու կանոն հաստատելու, այլեւ բռնելու «անօրենների» ու «ապօրինի հարստացածների» ձեռքը:

Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրները պատմում են նաեւ, որ առաջիկայում հարկային ու մաքսային բլոկներում կադրերի մասսայական թարմացում է սպասվում, եւ համակարգը համալրվելու է երիտասարդ, բանիմաց կադրերով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, կադրերի ընտրության հարցն անձամբ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տիրույթում է:

ՊԵԿ-ում խոսում են, որ նորանշանակ նախագահը կադրային քաղաքականության հարցում մերժում է ԽԾԲ –ների ինստիտուտը, իսկ այս հարցում թույլ չի տալիս որեւէ միջամտություն տեղակալների կողմից:

Վերջիններս, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ամենամեծ ցանկության դեպքում անգամ չեն կարող նման որոշումներ կայացնել ինքնուրույն. սա նրանց համար անկանխատեսելի է եղել , ինչից էլ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, բավականին «նեղված» են:

Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկն ասում էր նաեւ, թե Հովհաննիսյանը ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալի պաշտոնում եւս երբեք «օգտակար» չի եղել իր անմիջական շրջապատին: ՊԵԿ-ի գլոբալ, մասնավորապես վարչարարության եւ զարգացման ծրագրերի առումով էլ խոսում են, թե նոր ղեկավարը դրանք ճիշտ է համարում, սակայն իրագործման ճանապարհին հնարավոր են շտկումներ»:
